Reflection

The short film made me realize a lot of things. The girl was having such a hard time because of
what had happened to her family. She wasn’t able to experience the feeling of having fun times
with them since her parents keep on fighting which led them to divorce. Her mother became
aggressive with her, and I think it’s because of what happened with her relationship and of
course her vices. After she was physically abused by her mother she tried to call for help and a
police officer came, but then she wasn’t able to tell the truth because her mother threatened her.
A much worse scenario came and it was her mother trying to kill her that’s why she locked
herself up in her room while trying to put barriers on the door so that her mother wouldn’t be
able to get inside and kill her. The girl became furious and picked up the gun, she aimed it at
her sleeping mother and shot her. The girl tried to run away feeling free but in the end the police
officer saw her filled with splattered blood all over her body. The short film made me realize how
lucky I am to have a complete family. I may feel bad because of how they act around me
sometimes but I still need to be grateful tho, I never get to experience abusive parents and I am
still free of doing the things I actually like and love. Anger can lead us to trouble sometimes, it
may sometimes push our limitations, we can’t think properly if we’re furious or even alcoholic,
we’re able to say things that is unorthodox and the best solution for it is don’t let anger take over
when a certain problem came up and do control temper.
