I. THE SYNOPTIC GOSPEL
To be able to understand the whole concept of the synoptic problem, compare and contrast any
THREE stories in the different gospels (observe the similarities and difference).

II. WHO IS JESUS CHRIST?


The verses below reveal to us the person, identity, work and teachings of Jesus Christ. Make
some brief comments under every sub-topic concerning the content of the verses; in addition,
note the names ascribed to Jesus Christ. (We are only examining few Scriptures on each aspect).
Pre-existence of Jesus Christ

III. TEACHINGS OF JESUS CONCERNING THE FUTURE
Read the following scriptures concerning the end times; what are the promises, warnings, and
signs that will precede his second coming? How can these teachings shape one’s present life?
