Subject: Provisional Selection Letter for Admission in Industrial Training Institute for the session 2021-22.

Dear Candidate,

With reference to your online application for getting admission in Govt./Private (against Govt Sponser Seats/Private ITI Seats) ITI in
Himachal Pradesh for the academic session 2021-22. You have been provisionally selected in the trade of Electrician (NSQF) under
SCVT (Subs.) for training at Govt ITI Sujanpur.

You are directed to report in person to the Principal of above mentioned Govt./ Private Industrial Training Institute on or before
09-09-2021 up to 02:00 PM along with the following documents/ fee:

1. Fee and funds as applicable to the Trade/ Seat (Subsidised/ Non Subsidised).
2. Original Documents along with one set of self-attested copies of certificates as entered in your online application.
3. Affidavit of Anti-ragging.
4. Your Photo Identity Proof.
5. Medical Fitness Certificate.

Your provisional selection stands cancelled if original certificates and other documents as mentioned above are not produced, in person,
on scheduled date and time i.e. on or before 02:00 PM in the office of the Principal. The seats remaining vacant will be filled up in the
subsequent round(s).

Please Note that you can upgrade your option of trades/ITI online, as per your choice, after joining in the above said ITI for next round
of counselling. If your candidature is upgraded, you will have to join the new upgraded option and the seat allotted by this selection
letter shall automatically stand vacated and will be allotted to the next candidate. In said event your fees only will be adjusted (in
case of Govt. ITI to Govt. ITI application) against new allotted Trade/ITI as per ITI prospectus (2021-2022) Chapter-14. You
are further requested to ensure about the affiliation status (NCVT/SCVT) of the said trade in the ITI before depositing the fees. For any
