We all are perceiving life as an understanding
from the shoes that we are in. There is a
constant need for training or having an
opportunity to improve ourselves all the time.
Truly improving ourselves all the time and being
a better person and getting better in the work that
we have chosen to do is truly the only work that
we need to do.
In this context of becoming a better person every
moment we attend different trainings, workshops,
lectures etc.
There are many moment s we seek a holiday
and most of the time a workshop in a resort
combines as a holiday as well as training.
However there is this factor of higher expenses
involved with higher luxury combined with having
to travel, our existing work schedules etc. This is

begins a relationship of being attracted to you.
Here you are purely a frequency that matches
with the interests or passion that the work seeks
to enhance itself.
One very beautiful aspect here to understand is
that the various permutations and combinations
at the energy level is creating new designs on its
own. When a certain design gets ready it kind of
wants to ground and show itself. Here is where it
chooses the right frequency for it to express or
show itself.
This is when, ones creativity seems to be at
peak. We call it a inner voice or something that
seems to be downloading through us, however
the fact remains that the individual intellect at
that point of time just becomes a witness of the
whole things that seems to have come to ones
knowing.
Something shows itself through us, because we
just happened to match the frequency of it.
Technically what is there in our life, or all that we
were able to attract till date are all the things
wherein we could match its existing frequency.
Did we know its frequency and match it to attract
it. No, we did not know its frequency, however
out thoughts and intensity becomes a certain
frequency and it has its match in the existence
and that is what gets down loaded through us.
Also another good way to understand is that
money is in everything. Even in the scrap that we
throw out, a scrap dealer looks for value in it and
finds the right outlet to supply. There is always a
supply and demand parameter applicable all the
time.
That which you have to give , if it is something
that is in demand and a lot of people seem to
look for it, it is but natural that you will have more
work in hand and hand more exchange.
Just like a teacher in the class naturally picks her
most obliging students to help her with her work,
just like in an interview a company chooses the
best among the many who have come in for the
job, similarly there is a natural way of selection of
what one will attract to oneself.
If the best hasn’t come to you and the second
best only comes to you all the time that simply
means that which is expressing itself is also
secondary in nature as the first design has
already chosen its frequency match.
3. What is Abundance?
Abundance is having a certain aspect or virtue so
much that one is in a position to give. Abundance
does not necessarily be money only, abundance
is an internal state.
Love, confidence, strength, and money just about
anything that kind of looks in excess are
abundance. A man in abundance in wealth is
definitely the person we see in a position
performing charitable work in the society.
Someone is abundance in love like mother
Teresa or a Mahatma Gandhi. Someone we see
is in abundance in discipline like a sportsman say
like Usain bolt.
Bill gates, Mark Zuckerberg are one of the
names we come across when we see a great
amount of wealth has been donated for the
society.
However man connects more to money when the
word abundance is used. Abundance is heart. A
heart of of “that “is what man is abundant with.

for abundance. We have been always
mentioning about creating wealth and not
working just for making money.
4. Thought to touch
This is another interesting thing to know as we
progress further building our relationship with the
subject, in this case Money.
Everything travels from Thought to Touch. In fact
originally this e-workshop/book was to be named
as thought to touch. Everything in life or
localizing it to your life, you can easily witness
the fact that everything begins with a thought.
Whether it is the tallest building in the world, the
wonder of the world, the dams, the work of great
architecture, designing games and sports, or
choice of one’s own profession, ones need to
build one’s own home, ones choice of going into
music and dance, ones wish to raise a family,
ones choice of education, just about anything
that exists in you or in the whole universe that
you are witness to begins with a thought.
It is the progression of the thought to manifest
that is the progression of “Thought to Touch”.
There are four steps of this travel. Whatever you
are seeking whether it’s a house, whether it’s a
life partner or whether it is money, everything
begins with a thought. This is where I would like
to define the work spirit and spiritual. Now is the
thought spirited enough is the question. Is the
thought passionate enough to the point that
one’s wants it and is willing to go any lengths for
it, or is it a casual want which seems good to
have yet its okay even if it not there as ones is
reluctant to walk that extra mile for it. One is
willing to walk that extra mile for it is the one
passionate about the thought.
I remember once a discussion I had with my
friend that one day I would when I have enough
time in hand would love to learn to play guitar. I
mentioned to him that I was passionate about
learning to play the musical instrument. He stood
to correct me that I just had a liking for the
instrument; however I was not passionate about
it.
I tried to sell my point that no, I was actually
passionate about learning to play the instrument,
however he stood his ground saying that it was
not passion, for had it been passion then I would
have gone in that extra mile to make time,
resources and energy to learn it.
What you are passionate about will; find a way to
you is a great truth we need to constantly remind
ourselves of.
In the context of this e-workbook and the soul of
the purpose it is all about putting our soul into it.
So the step number one is the thought and the
second aspect here is the passion or the energy
of the thought. The energy of the thought is the
spirit, and when there is spirit in the thought the
thought progresses to the next level which we
call as a kriya or a process happening within.
… And it is the natural formation of the image
that you are seeking to manifest. No conscious
imagination, however naturally that which you
seek becomes an image inside you. Now what is
required is a constant image and not that which
is undergoing variations all the time.
In case you are seeking a house. You may have
an image on Monday and another image on a
Tuesday and Wednesday, maybe on Saturday
you find the formation of an image within you that
you feel so connected to.
This image now doesn’t seem to vary and
remains a constant. You have found your dream
house.
This is when the next step happens. When the
image is unchanging and you remain passionate
about it, one experiences response coming in
from life.
You will find much connected to your dream
house happening to you. You will find bankers
coming in with loan proposal, you will find
builders coming in with their projects, and you
will find yourself working out the possibilities of
making this true. This step is what I call as karma
or action that is being performed. One is on the
table with the design and work has already
started in terms of budgeting and design
approvals.
Once this is done the final step of manifest
begins. What was an image inside you begins to
become a brick and mortar house and very soon
that which was an internal image inside you
becomes an external reality.
These are the four steps of thought to touch –
The thought,
The kriya,
The karma and
The manifest.
Everything travels these four steps to form. So it
is easily understood that a thought to become
matter it needs that much energy for it to begin
formation.
The story of money travel is also the same for
each one of us. How much passionate are we to
create wealth. I have always encouraged people
to create wealth so that there is so much to give
back to.
When we make money we seem to be seeing a
very small world like just our family. Thought
there may be a factor inside you to be of use to
the society and actually be able to do much
charity, however when you are working to make
money you will have enough only for your family,
however if you are out there to create wealth,
you will have much to give,
5. The Soul of Money…
This word has been deliberately used to connect
well. There is a soul in everything. In fact nothing
exists without its soul. The soul could be
understood as the purpose of its existence.
The soul of money could also be the meaning
that it has formed within us. For many people,
Money is difficult to come by, while many feel
money comes in smoothly through the work that
we do. When we do work that is in demand we
are likely to have enough work and thus enough
money.
Now let me introduce you to a very interesting
holistic way at looking at money. How much ever
we have is bound to go under the scanner of
comparison. Some people seem to have more
than the other. What makes it so?
Observe your life; let it run through you as a story
right from childhood. See all the things that you
have possessed at any point of time. Observe
your eating habits, wearing choices, your
interests and all and see what does seem to be a
part of your life all the time. What is it which has
always been a part of your life and you will
realize that which you were fond of is that which
is in constant presence in your life.
Be it the choice of your food or the choice of your
friends and company, or even habits for that
matter, whatever you have been fond of has
always been a part of your life. This is what I call
the soul of money which when is cognition in us,
becomes a part of our life.

The abode of Tirumala which is located as the

Now what can one do with such an amount of hair

Money is in our work, in our ideas, in our vision... in
all those places that we hold value. It is the form of
certain intelligence; it is the form of a certain
frequency... Money won’t fall from the sky... it won’t
be there when one wakes up from a dream...
however certain inner states can create its path to
us.
Before we venture into the inner states that are in
all the people who have a free and fair access to
money, it’s good to know first what in the way of its
free flow.
This is also a thought provoking self checks to
ensure certain aspects to be realized and certain
aspects to be applied. It is with money as the
context the journey of the individual breath and
psyche to travel from participation to becoming a
witness.
It’s very interesting to self check the fact that the
breath is on, life is flowing on… it’s interesting to
note that we , who seem to identify so much with
the body are in no control of the process called
breath that is happening in this very body that we
claim as ours.
So it seems more appropriate to claim that you are
a witness to the breath happening in this very body
rather than claiming that you are breathing. We are
not breathing; we are a witness of the process
called breath on. We are a witness to life flowing in
us and functioning in through the breath.
Same is the case of say, digestion. It’s a self check to
understand that we are in no way in control of the
process and it is all happening on its own. In this
very body that we claim as ours a process called
digestion is on and it is happening on its own,
wherein we are not participating in digestion and
are only a witness of the fact that the digestion as a
process in this body is on.
Blood circulation, the heart beating, the oxidation
of the brain, even the smallest aspect like a hair
growing in this very body are all activities that are
happening on their own and we can only be a
witness of this and not a participant. Such
realizations is what takes to step by step to a state
of witness and we gradually realize that every
aspect of the creation and every aspect in and with
us are all happening on their own and we truly are
actually just a witness.
Taking this observation further to every aspect of
our life and time, we realize that the past is no
more. What can we be to our childhood, or the last
year, or yesterday or for that matter that last
second that passed by. We can only be a witness of
that moment that passed by and can no longer
participate in it.
Looking back is just witnessing and every the last
second we are the witness. However doesn’t it
seem like we are participating in everything
through the work we do… well yes it does seem
so… however it only seems so…
AT this moment it is more like we are a witness to

do/did.

for a shift then it must begin with the thought itself.
Years pass by with no change coming forth when a
man spends years in the state of I am doing the right
thing, in spite of experiencing no shift to his state in
all the time that has passed by.
It is not necessarily ego that keeps a person in this
state; it is ones tendency a part of the blueprint he
has received as a behavioral pattern from his parents
at birth.
What should such a person do?
One who realizes that money had become a little difficult to

right thing, must for a moment stop, pause, settle down and

willing is a very good frequency one can have within. The

How does one become willing?

2: SCARCE MENTALITY
Are you someone who belongs to this mind state? If yes,
caution yourself as you are breeding a huge possibility to
create enormous resistance in attracting money in your life.
People who resort to a mind state which often tends to worry
when it comes to spending shall belong to this category.
I still remember a calendar I saw when as a kid and that read
as Spend and God will send. It seemed convenient for me to
understand at that point of time that the shopkeeper who
made the calendar will naturally be encouraging others to
spend in his shop so that he can have a good business.
In India money is related to goddess lakshmi and it is said that
lakshmi is chanchal or restless. The whole idea is not to keep
money unused and hidden for the frear of a certain need that
may rise in the future. Money is a flow and wishes to remain in
flow; if one were to trap it in the name of savings it will find a
way out itself.
This is based on fear, the fear of not having enough in the
future. So, one tries to keep every penny without spending it.
This state is another state which should not find room in ones
psyche, in ones breath.
How to remove scarce mentality from ones system and
breath?
Exercise:
 Let this begin with realization that you have always
attracted enough towards yourself and hence you have
been able to afford your education and other expenses
while in this journey.
 Stay calm and listen to the sound of the breath
 Run the movie of your memory right from childhood
 We all carry images within of receiving right from
simple chocolates to a birthday gift

 IT is time to realize how we finished school, college and
other professional studies
 It is time to relaise all the favorite food that we had
tasted time and gain while growing up
 It is time to realize and see the images of all the
holidays that we have taken
 you have with you is a 100 rupees, life says spend it, I
 It is time to realize all the gifts that we have bought for
others
 If we were to calculate how much money was actually
spent on us right from childhood, the ficure would run
into a few millions

acknowledge all that we always received, had and
enjoyed.
 This is a good realization, realizations bring in insights,
insights change the outlook, outlook changes our
projections and projections get the right reflections.
 SO what do we do under what seems to be not enough
for a need.

 Stay calm, pause, relax and spend whatever little one
has wherever needed without even thinking about
how much is left in the pocket

have given it for your present need

 Realizing that the money is actually there right now
without keeping the thought at what will happen of me
if I spend even this money is a great frequency with
money.
 It simply means you have appreciated the now and the

receiving from life and life always supplied your needs

Be Acknowledging
3: UNINVOLVED WORK; STATE OF MIND
A recent survey states that over 85 percent of the people in
marketing, sales, accounting, administration, purchase etc do
not carry a mind that is absolutely involved in their work. If
you happen to be in this category then don't be surprised if
you are lacking money to meet your immediate needs or
finding it difficult to pool that extra luxury money. Being
involved in what you do is an essential factor that will
determine in shaping your money flow largely.
Look at the cashier in the bank. A few millions are transacted
by the very hands. The money belongs to the people and the
bank. A certain conflict does arise because of the nature of the
very mind that none of the millions one is touching, receiving;
giving everyday at the counter belongs to him.
This may give rise to an unconscious state of being uninvolved
in ones work. When ones breathe lacks the frequency of being
involved the soul is missing in the whole act and if one were to
spend the whole day with the soul in ones work, one no longer
remains a human magnet rather becomes a mechanical
machine that can carry no communication with life as a
frequency.
Your work needs soul in it. Just like the teacher in the class
chooses her favorite students to do some of her job, just like in
an interview the company selects the best that will suit the
interest of the company; very similarly the existence has a
frequency mode of work to come to those breaths that get
involved in their work.
So it will be our experience as a witness in life that while one
peron seems to be filled with work there are so many others
seeking work for survival. This is the catch, working and
enjoying being involved are the frequencies that receive more
work and hence they have more resources and money. It
would be absurd to see one complaining of not having enough
money, while it is so simple to understand, one of the reasons
is not having enough work, not able to attract enough work
due to the tendency and the frequency of uninvolvement in
ones work.
Take the case of entertainers in the whole world. They are
creative people and involved in their work. For the common
man it does not seem that a singer, dancer or a sportsman are
working at all. He feels that they are enjoying life without
working at all and enjoying all the time, this is the catch here,
to understand that these are the people who have made their
passion as their work, they are so involved in their expression
that it itself has become their work and hence they receive all
the resources and money from it.

The first self check that we need to do after
clearly identifying the most likely among the 5

we carry about money.
Now, this is a beauty to know. Just check and
see that your life experience is all about your
opinions. Yes, you are receiving exactly that
which you hold as an opinion on someone or
something.
You may have seen a particular person is very
miserly in certain situations while the same
person may be a philanthropist at another place.
How to understand this? What is your experience
with the person in case you know this person is
absolutely the opinion that you hold.
When you approach such a person for any
donation with a firm opinion in you that he is a
miser, you will never receive any donation from
him. Your opinion becomes you experience.
Let me give you another example in general.
An elderly lady was finding it very difficult to
communicate with her own son. She always
found him abusive, angry and insulting towards
her at every little situation, while he would be
cordial with all others. When I sat down to speak
to her I saw a fear that had gripped in her each
time she had to communicate with her son.
All I told her was to destroy the opinion she held.
She understood how business pressures had
made her son irritable. She made a conscious
effort to connect to only that part of her son that
was as beautiful in her as in experience.

opinion that you are not well prepared or you
may face all queries that you may not be strong

which have no life in it. An opinion forms naturally
and you are never aware of it unless you
introspect.
So it’s absurd to say let’s have good
opinions, as the formation of opinions is
not the work of the individual intellect.
Everything will flower in your life when you
release the opinions. Business is going through a
rough weather is an opinion you hold. Nothing is
running under rough weather, your business just
needs more attention, more involvement, and
more life, that’s all.

I will make this simple through a
case study.
Raj was a happy go lucky guy. He wasn’t the much
serious types in life. He always had a way. As family
and responsibilities increase there was an increased
pressure on him to bring in more money into their
lives.
So what was Raj’s way of knowing where it is.
His income was manageable. He was able to run the
family, however whenever Raj faced that extra need
it wasn’t available with him.
Now the first tendency here was to look out from
where he has to organize the money. He would look
into friends and his search was so intense that he
actually could identify where to hand loan it.
Raj was a good natured guy, people liked him. SO
when there was a request for a hand loan, it came
over and Raj fulfilled his immediate need.

Money has become primarily a medium of
exchange replacing the barter system which
was prevalent for centuries. The logistics of
money is truly doing the whole balancing of
economic distribution throughout the world
today.
Money has a mind of its own. It needs
movement. Many people accumulate money
and hide it in banks around the globe, in their
closets and many secret locations.
The energy of money which is of immense value
to life feels stagnated. It attracts situations like to
move out of the imprisonment.
For a moment consider money as a person and
it will be so easy to understand. In fact any
aspect of life can be most easily understood
when we can see the aspect as a person. That’s
the way we are tuned to understand things
better.
SO let money be a person for a while.
It has a mind of its own. It does not like the
imprisonment of an accumulator, because what
remains trapped is a value.
When we hear of people losing money in
gambling, or in a robbery or in an governmental

But if nobody is a clinger, and everybody is
moving the dollar as fast as possible – if there
are three thousand people, three thousand
dollars have been used, enjoyed. That is one
single round. Just give more rounds and there
will be more dollars. Nothing is coming in;
there is, in fact, only one dollar, but by
movement it goes on multiplying itself.
That’s why money is called currency. It should
be a current. That’s my meaning. I don’t know
about others’ meanings. One should not keep
it. The moment you get it, spend it. Don’t
waste time, because that much time you are
preventing the dollar from growing, from

invention.
It makes people richer, it makes people
capable of having things that they don’t have.
But all the religions have been against it. They
don’t want humanity to be rich, and they don’t
want humanity to be intelligent, because if
people are intelligent, who is going to read the
religious texts?
Receive with joy and spend with joy. If you
have a penny in your pocket and that which
you wish to buy now costs a penny, your mind
will prompt you and say that you only have a
penny don’t spend it on this, this may not be
important, you will lose even the penny that
you have… however life speaks the other way,
life say, you want this and you have the money
for it, buy it, I gave you that money, why are
you stopping now for the fear of not having
next. This fear of not having becomes your
frequency and that is what one ends up
experiencing, see the richness of having the
penny with you right now for what you wish to
acquire, take it, spend it.
Life will supply more for this becomes a habit
for you to always have that much at least for
what you desire. If life were to be considered
as a person for a while, you will see it is always
assuring you to live the now, it has given it you,
spend it without a second thought which is a
crop up of the mind.
Rejoice spending that one penny, that truly
makes you rich that moment. Richness is not
how much you have; richness is having it to
spend, that moment when you wish to. This is
quite relative to the attitude of receiving which
we touch up next.

Receive bills with joy... it indicates the privileges
we got to use in life... more bills means more
privileges... available.

Money is always used only for love... Nothing

breaking the barrier of "value" and "expensive"

When nothing remains expensive any more...

necessarily because your work gives you joy.

your life and moves out happily with a clear path
open to come back again and again.
Do this self check again. What happens to you
when you see bills? How does it feel when at the
end of the meal you get the food bill. The
electricity bill, the other bills happening
every month and just create a shift in
yourself just now and understand all the
privileges life has given you to enjoy, a bill
just represents that.
Be thankful, there will be
more bills, and also
there will be more
money. Enjoy paying.

truly seek from life is a response...

that's stops many...
A response is getting sensitive to the life
around... sensitivity is the pulse of connecting to

which life gives you to procure that which you
wish... what say???
MONEY IS HERE TO STAY...
Money is the main tool for transaction in life
today as such its presence in our lives is
paramount. Right from the survival needs to the
children education, to living a decent life of well
being, travel or charity... Money Is Here To Stay.
Make a fast shift in your energy...
Attract money through family energy. The role of
your family to manifest money for you is often not
understood.
Acknowledgement makes it simple and removes
one of the greatest blocks in attracting money. A
case study would be simple as it is most
generalized perception in people of not having
enough.
The main reason for this feeling is being ignorant
to acknowledging.
I met Rajesh who had a deep rooted feeling that

He said YES.
I asked him to think again. If right from his
childhood, 3-5 million rupees has been spent till
date on him, on his food, clothing, education,
marriage etc, isn’t it that, he had attracted all the
3-5 million rupees on him till date. Isn’t that a
fact? He agreed.
Now I asked him did he ever acknowledge the
fact that actually he had spent so much money
on him right there from birth and whenever
anything was need it always came.
Rajesh was left in silence for a while.
He came out saying yes, so much money has
been spent on me and I never had the eye to
look at it. It’s massive. I have always been
attracting money and never acknowledged it. I
was always trapped in the feeling that I don’t
have that surplus and I gave a meaning of lack to
my entire life.
I gave a small, 10 day exercise to Rajesh to bring
in that internal change in his energy.
All he has to do was spend a 15 minutes all by
himself reliving all the best moments of holidays,
shopping, flying and entertainment he has had till
date spending money because it was always
there.
Rajesh is a different man today. He not only
acknowledged that money has always been there
for him, creating a shift in his feelings once for all.
He never has a complaint today.
This is everyone’s story. If we just have the eye to
look back to all that money had given us right there
from our childhood, the figure would be mind
boggling… and that can be the basis of clearing
this whole aspect of never having enough.

Hollywood. His name is Sylvester Stallone. One
of the BIGGEST and Most famous American
Movie superstars.
Back in the day, Stallone was a
struggling actor in every definition. At some point,
he got so broke that he stole his wife's jewels

7. Anchoring
Anchoring is one of the finest knowing in
drawing a certain virtue to ones attracting
money or fortune.

old ladies spoke to us in English, we

"We paid for our food, it is none of your
business how much food we left behind,"
my colleague told the old ladies. The old
ladies were furious. One of them
immediately took her hand phone out and
made a call to someone. After a while, a
man in uniform from Social Security
organization arrived. Upon knowing what
the dispute was, he issued us a 50 Euro
fine. We all kept quiet.
The officer told us in a stern voice, "ORDER VERY TRUE -"MONEY IS YOURS BUT

enlightenment are all about having
the right query within
9. It is the right query that takes one to
the right inputs. So right inputs are
the key.
10. Now sense that which you have been
seeking has happened this moment.
11. Absolutely virtually sense it has
happened now.
12. Watch your breath.
13. How will your breath be when that
you have been longing for has just
happened.
14. How will you live the first 5 minutes
when it happens?
15. How will you be breathing those first 5
minutes?
16. How will it start with that sigh or
breath of relief.
17. Sense how the body reacts when it
happens.
18. Live those first 5 minutes.
19. Breath that lovely long breaths that
followed the breath of relief.
20. This is the breath that has the
frequency of holding onto that which
you were seeking for so long.
21. This is the breath… keep breathing
this frequency for some time.
22. You are slowly drawing an event to
happen close to your no.
23. You are drawing the possibility of that
happening faster as you are breathing
that breath which you would have
when it would have happened
24. So you are attracting that possibility
now close to you by breathing that
breath. Isn’t it sounding common
sense?

its application that can reach you.

will be using this time and again for

13. Money and stillness
This is an energy exercise you can do to
open the channels of fortune towards you.
The role of light in your life to manifest your
dreams and all that which you are fond of.
One of the ancient knowing about energy
is to use light to manifest.
It may seem to be a little ritualistic,
however it is not. This is how it is done.
The process.
1. Take a mud/clay small vessel for
lamping the wick.
2. Take some cow ghee at least for the
first time you will lamp.
3. Why cow ghee? Please remember

16. Now sense your breath in the light.
17. Where are you? You are always there
where your attention is.
18. Where is your attention?
19. Your attention is in the light and so
where are you?
20. You are in the light and your breath is
connected to the light. This must be
understood.
21. This is the moment you shall perceive
the image that which is already
formed in you, that which you wish to
manifest.
22. Perceive the image in this light and
just be.
23. Just listen to the sound of the flowing
breath and just keep the image
perceiving it in the light.
24. There is no need for prayers or words
at all.
25. You are dealing with the
panchabhootas and your breath; the
frequency knows it all.
26. Be there for 10 minutes and leave the
lamp for the rest of the day.
27. It will be on as long as it has the ghee
in it.
28. This is the money to understand that
you have been breathing with the
image you wish to manifest in the
light and it has reached light itself.
29. That means wherever you see light
that light contains the image that is
with you.

31. So your image is there in every light

Attend to the queries and give it one single
answer that is, “I don’t want to know”
Yes, this is the answer and truthfully you
give to all the queries within you, for which
you may not have an answer in the present
moment. However don’t allow these
queries to stop you… so, give them a
reply…. I DON’T WANT TO KNOW.
When this is the truth within you and you
release yourself from the pounding the
queries do to you, you will see these
queries will never be able to come back to
other you. They lose their intensity to
cause any bother vibration.
However the mind may still be trying to
scare to saying how can you not want to
know, remember here too the answer is I
don’t want to know and you shall
experience progress.
The second aspect that should not be in
the breath frequency is expectation.
One may ask how is it possible to not have
expectation. Man has come to a stage that
whatever he does , he does for expectation
of the result.
It is forgotten or not understood hat
Bhagavad-Gita states so clear and loud ,
as to do your work, forget he fruit.
It simply means whatever is in your hands
do it earnestly rather in expectation of the
fruit for it doesn’t form the way you
expected you will end up being
disappointed.
Have we heard an umpteen times that
expectation is the mother of
disappointment? How many ages we will
take to understand this?
What can e do?
We can convert expectations into
anticipation. Please understand the subtle
yet large difference between expectation
and anticipation.
Expectations make the end point of your
expectation heavy. You put your weight on
this and so it becomes heavy and takes
time to move towards; however
anticipation is fuller of life, so much
childlike, so bubbly wherein it is full of life
and lively and one is not disappointed and
remains in anticipation of good to come.
Anticipation is good energy; it keeps the
possibility pulsating while expectation dies
down the possibility due to exerting
pressure on it choking it.
The third aspect that should not be in the
flow of breath is Compulsions. Th biggest
disaster in life is living those phases in
compulsions. The time when one has to
put his foot down and learn to say “No”.
Do a self check always as to whether you
are ding anything out of response, love,
passion, joy or are you undera certain
compulsion to do it. You don’t want to do it,
yet you have to do it is a very sad state to
be in. However this is not the time to give
up, this is the time to stand strong and see
how asap to come out of this situation.
Let there be no compulsions in life and so
your breath be free of it.
In fact I strongly recommend you to mny a
time assure your breath and talk to your
breath.
Tell your breath always that whatever is the
situation I am in, you be free… you flow
free… free off queries, expectations and
compulsions … you be free.
