Introduction
You may have first been introduced to this concept of sexual transmutation in the world-famous classic
Think and Grow Rich. Fascinated with its mystical powers, you continue to seek to understand, explore,
and research the depths of what sexual transmutation is and how it works. You may have also run into
concepts online like No Fap, Semen Retention, etc. yet still don’t have an adequate understanding of
how it actually works.
In this guide, I will share with you just that: The exact mechanisms and principles behind how sexual
transmutation really works as well as my personal experience with it.
To truly understand the mechanics of sexual transmutation, we first need to demystify what sexual
energy is and what it means. To do this, we need to detach ourselves from our current understanding
of what “sexual energy” is and the stigma associated around it (or at least the stigma that society has
conditioned us to feel about it).
In other words, you need to unlearn what you’ve already learned.
Because if I asked you: What is sexual energy?
You will already have a presupposed understanding and experience with it.
But I want you to really think and feel… What is sexual energy?
What does it really mean?
More importantly, what does it mean to you?
Please write this answer down onto a piece of paper or type it into the notes section of your device.
Please make sure you do this exercise and be as thorough as possible with your response.
If you want to get the most out of this program, you need to participate. By engaging with the material
and applying what you learn as soon as possible, you are training your brain and body to be an action
taker… which is key when it comes down to successful sexual transmutation.
Because if you brush off certain concepts or ideas just because you think you may already know the
information or have learned about it elsewhere, you may not gain the full benefit you would otherwise
get. So once you have this definition written down, I want to share with you a Zen story that illustrates
what I was just talking about.
It’s a story about a student wanting to learn the ways of Enlightenment:

There was once an ancient Zen Master whom many have sought after to learn about the ways
of Enlightenment.
One day, a bright but young student who was well-versed in the practice of meditation and
the philosophies of life has come to the master to discuss with him the ways of enlightenment.
He knew much but wanted to know more as he felt he has not yet attained the status of
Enlightenment.
He said to the master, “Master master, I have come to you today to discuss the ways of life. I
wish to become enlightened like you and share with the world the power of this knowledge.”
The master said to the student, “Sure, let us discuss the ways of Life. Let me begin by asking,
what do you know about Life?”
The student happily replied and started sharing his plentiful knowledge of life experience, but
each time the master tried to explain something new to the student, the student kept trying to
hold it up against his own notions of the way the world is and how it ought to be, and he was
unable to see the lessons in what the master was trying to teach him.
Finally, the master said, “Let us continue this conversation over a cup of tea, shall we?”
The student agreed and they then proceeded to the table.
The master poured a full serving of tea into his own cup, and into the cup of the student.
As they drank, the student continued to speak and speak.
As the student continued to speak, the master continued pouring into the student’s cup, but
the student’s cup was already full, and all the tea from the master’s cup spilled out over the
cup onto the surface below.
“Master master, please stop, my cup is already full!” cried the student.
“Yes.” The master said
“You are like this cup. You are already full of your opinions and speculations about enlightenment.
How can I show you my ways of enlightenment unless you first empty your own cup?”

The moral of this story is that you may already know or have been exposed to many of the concepts
shared in this program. However, being able to empty your cup and approach this concept with a
beginner’s mind will help you see things from a new perspective… which may ultimately allow you to
exceed your expectations in terms of the results you get.
So keep in the back of your mind the definition you wrote down and reflect back to it from time to time.
As you get deeper into this program, check to see if your definition (or understanding of it) changes or
not.
With that said, let us begin.

Understanding the Framework
of Sexual Transmutation

Like the story, let’s start off by metaphorically emptying our cups. Let us empty our minds from
the preconceived notions we have regarding sexual energy by removing the term “sexual” and just
referring it to as Energy.
There is a force (Energy) that is always

flowing through you as it is with all things. It
is everywhere and nowhere and it is the very
essence that pervades your existence.
As you are sitting there right now reading these

words, that force is working in the background
and it is illuminating every aspect of your life.
You don’t have to do anything yet your cells are
still working, blood is still circulating, and the
body is still breathing.
This force was present the moment your

father’s sperm met your mother’s egg. It was
even present before then and will continue to
be far after you’re gone. This invisible force is
what allows the one to become two, the two to
become four, four to become eight…so on and so forth.
The same force that has a seed sprouting into a plant, a flower, or even a tree is the same force that is
flowing through you and me. This force has been commonly referred to as Source Energy, Universal
Energy, Life Force, Prana, Qi, etc. Although attempts have been made to articulate where this force
comes from, how it works, and the exact mechanism behind how it runs our existence, a lot of it still
remains a mystery.
However, what we do know is that it exists. And in our plane of existence, this force or energy is finite.
Like the trees, plants, and animals roaming this Earth, we too have an expiration date. Therefore, the
amount of energy instilled into us from birth will someday evaporate and return back to source. How
we then use and cultivate this energy will thus dictate the type of life we live.

But the main difference between us and the rest of life on Earth is that we can manipulate this Energy.
We can direct it because we are CONSCIOUS BEINGS.
We were “created in the image of God.”
Therefore, God is within us and we are within God.
It is even fair to say, we are Gods, or at least in mythological terms “Demigods”.
However, for some this may begin to get metaphysical and philosophical… so how this applies to sexual
transmutation is this:
There is an Energy that is constantly flowing in and through you. You have the power
to mold and direct this energy to whatever, whomever, and however you please.
This is the power you have as a Creator.
You can use it to create, to destroy, to build, to paint, to express art, to share and give love. The
possibilities of how you use it are endless.
However, also know that this energy always wants to express itself in one form or another; it is
constantly seeking fuller expression. This is a simple law of nature that can be observed in all things .
But again, as we mentioned earlier, this energy is finite. We are limited to how much of it we have at
birth. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is referred to as our Prenatal Jing. This is the idea that at
the moment of conception, we were allotted with a fixed amount of Jing (Essence) given to us by our
parents. The amount (and quality) of Jing we have is pre-determined by the health and vitality of our
parents. This cannot be changed.
What we can control however is how it gets distributed throughout our life. This is the notion of
Postnatal Jing and Qi. What we do with our energy and how we use it after birth determines how
much of our Prenatal Jing gets tapped into or how quickly it gets burned up. The activities we engage
in, the foods we eat, the things we do with our body–all of this contributes to the usage and distribution
of our Jing (and thus life force energy).
Think of Jing (Essence) as the concentrated storehouse of energy. Qi (Life force energy) would then
be the circulation and fluidity of this energy. When these two foundational principles are utilized
accordingly, our Shen (Spirit, Psyche or Consciousness) will be enhanced and our mental/emotional

states will reflect that in results we get and decisions we make. These three work together synergistically
and are known as the Three Treasures in TCM.
This is important to know because Jing, Qi, and Shen are the foundations behind the abundance
or lack thereof sexual energy.
The optimal way to go about this is to engage in all of the life-enhancing activities that contribute to
an abundance of Postnatal Jing so that your reservoirs of Prenatal Jing will only be tapped into when
necessary. But regardless of what you do, your Jing will slowly dissipate. Like sand in a sand timer,
once it’s up, your life goes with it as well.

A practitioner seeking to nourish life must first of all treasure his Jing. If the Jing is plentiful,
there will be abundant Qi; if Qi is abundant, there will be abundant Shen; and if Shen is
abundant, the body will be strong. Finally, if the body is strong, there will be no disease.
Taoist Master Xiangchuan
When your Jing is strong, your life force energy (Qi) is also strong. It has more potential to radiate and
circulate. That’s why when you practice semen retention and sexual transmutation, the Jing inside
your body continues to build up in your system. This shows up as having a bright, strong burning Spirit.
On the flip side, when you don’t value your Jing and waste it through activities like:
Â Ejaculating excessively (too much masturbation, sex, sexual activity, etc.)

Â Working too much
Â Partying too much
Â Excessive amounts of worrying, stress, or other emotional distress
Â Not sleeping enough or always sleeping late
Â Excessive alcohol consumption
Â Excessive drug use (any type)
Â Overindulging in any sort of drug, stimulant, or food (especially junk foods)
Â Not nourishing the body with organically grown wholefoods (nutrient deficiencies and toxicity)
You begin to deplete the very vital essence that gives you life. And if you didn’t know, every activity you
engage in on a daily basis utilizes your life force energy.
In other words, EVERYTHING COSTS ENERGY.
Some activities will cost more energy than others so when you don’t choose wisely or replenish
properly, you begin to age prematurely, develop imbalances of all kinds, and experience an overall
dimming of the human spirit. This is the complete opposite effect of what you’re looking for if you are
on the path of sexual transmutation.
I also want to mention that there are those who are blessed with an abundance of Prenatal Jing. They
are said to have “good genetics”; their bodies are strong and vital from the get go, and it appears as
though no matter what they do (in terms of lifestyle choices) they seem to recover quickly with minimal
damage. That’s only because they have an abundance of Yuan Qi (prenatal qi), but if the reckless

activities are continued without much forethought, they’ll quickly burn through these reservoirs and
become a living embodiment of the “Live Fast Die Young” philosophy.
If however, you weren’t blessed to be amongst the ones who have supreme levels of Prenatal Jing,
it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re doomed to a low level of being. It just means you need to be
more careful with what you do because you’re more susceptible to ill health, sickness and disease.
Therefore, if you want to be able to keep your gene line alive and evolve it to the highest potential,
then it would be wise to take your health seriously and have a greater sense of urgency when it comes
down to applying the principles we are about to go over.

The Energetic Systems & Sexual

Transmutation
Now that you understand the basic energetic fundamentals, it’s now time to see how this plays out in
a system so that you can understand how it relates to sexual transmutation.
To best illustrate my point, I’m going to use the Chakra system and world-renowned psychologist
Abraham Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. If you are new to these concepts or have any resistance towards
the Chakra system, I highly encourage you to remain open since the whole foundation of sexual energy
transmutation is based on the very understanding of how energy works and flows.
There’s no better system that I have found to articulate my point other than the energetic systems
presented in the Ancient Traditions of TCM and India.
I caution this because many individuals who are new to sexual transmutation have a shallow understanding
of energetic flow and thus are often repulsed by the idea of the Chakra system. However, seeing that
you are interested in such a topic and have even taken the steps to invest in a program like this shows
me you’ve likely been exposed to these concepts already… and if not, have no problem being open to it.
But for the small majority that aren’t, remember to keep your cup empty and allow what I’m trying to
share with you to unfold into your experience. Once you’ve given it an honest chance, then you can
decide whether or not these concepts hold any truth

In the Daoist traditions, it’s been said that the majority of our energy (think Jing & Life Force) is stored
in our Kidneys, Sexual Organs and Dan Tian (this is considered to be the main energy center in TCM
and is known as the abdominal brain in Western society).
These lower energy centers of the body are the most

basic, primal aspects of our being; it’s where most of our
sexual energy is stored, contained and felt. In the Chakra
system, the lower energy centers are the Root Chakra,
Sacral Chakra, and Solar Plexus. The Root Chakra is
considered to be the foundation in which the rest of the
other energetic systems are founded upon (hence the
name Root); therefore, it needs to be functioning and
flowing properly before energy can rise to the centers
above it. This does NOT mean that NO energy will rise, it
just means that it will be less efficient.
A better way to understand this is that the lower energy centers of our body are the very foundational
energetic systems in charge of our survival. The most basic, primal instinct is to first survive by ensuring
that all our physiological functions are adequately met: having enough food, water, a properly working
digestive and elimination system, etc. so that we can have sufficient energy to find safety, security,
shelter, procreation, etc.
If we look back at the organs and their functions this parallels what they are designed to do: The
kidneys pump flight or fight hormones (which is essential for energy production and survival), the
sexual organs produce sex hormones (which is in charge of sexual desire, drive, and procreation),
and the abdominal region which is essential for digestion, assimilation and elimination (the process in
which energy cultivation begins).
Therefore, our most basic fundamental physiological systems MUST BE MET (and ideally optimally)
before sexual energy can be truly cultivated and thus transmuted.
Another example I want to illustrate is that of a seedling. The essential prerequisite for the seed to
germinate and grow is that it needs to be in the ideal environment. Ideally, the soil needs to be fertile,
there needs to be enough water, enough oxygen, enough light, and ultimately the temperature needs

to be right. If any one of these variables are not met or are met insufficiently, the seed will not sprout
or sprout to its fullest potential. And as you can see in the diagram, the very first thing a seed does is
it grows roots (think Root Chakra). This is very similar to how we developed:
The Root Chakra is the first of our energy centers and forms the basis and the starting
point for our development. The vital life force energy of Root Chakra begins at conception
and continues with life force energy dividing the cells during Embryogenesis. The spinal
column begins to develop from the bottom (root chakra) moving to up (crown chakra), and
then organs begin to develop.”

Therefore, having a strong Root Chakra is the essential foundation in which proper energy cultivation
can occur. Think of the brainstem, spinal cord and digestive system as one connected unit that
operates similarly to the roots of plants, trees and flowers. Their roots absorb the nutrients from
the Earth (physical energy) to grow and blossom before receiving higher nutrients like light from the
sun (which is synonymous to our psyche and receiving spiritual energy). Basic needs must be fulfilled
before higher needs can develop.
How does this apply to sexual energy cultivation and transmutation? The same way.
It first begins with foundational energy cultivation.
Again, these are meeting the ESSENTIAL needs for food, shelter, air, water, digestion and elimination,
etc.
But if one wants to OPTIMIZE these functions and have them functioning at OPTIMUM CAPACITY
(and thus have an abundance of raw sexual energy), then OPTIMAL CONDITIONS must be met: clean
air, clean water, nutritious food, comfortable home, etc.
However as I alluded to earlier, this does not always have to be the case. As long as they are sufficiently
met, the body and psyche will still develop (just suboptimally). Think of it as a less developed plant,
flower, tree vs. one that’s fully blossomed.
Therefore, if you want to experience sexual transmutation at the highest level, you want to first
master the fundamentals

Understanding the Progression of

Energy Flow
Once the most basic physiological functions are met, it’s only natural that this accumulated source of
energy will want to continue expanding and expressing itself. Again, this is an inherent part of nature;
you can observe this in all of life.
Therefore, this buildup of energy in our body will start to manifest itself in one or two ways:
Â A strong urge to procreate, relate, build relationships, community, etc. or...
Â A strong sense of vigor and vitality which is often translated to the desire of wanting to
experience more of life (better resources, better tools, better gadgets, better shelter, better
food, more territory, etc.)
If we begin to give this primordial force a different name, we can start to see the connections. For
example, we call it DESIRE. Or God, or Life Force, or Universal Energy… whatever you want; it does
not matter. For the sake of ease, we’ll just call it DESIRE.

Desire is always flowing through us and to us. Desire is always desiring. The desire to avoid pain,
the desire to seek pleasure. The desire to have more, be more, do more… This is the nature of the
primordial force flowing through us.
Depending on how evolved or conscious we are, this accumulated energy can continue to multiply and
get channeled for higher and higher purposes (serving the greater good) or it can be used to fulfill the
lower, base-level desires (serving mainly just us and the others around us).
The most obvious example is utilizing our sexual energy for its most basic purpose: procreation or sexual
gratification. However, if we are true and honest with our intentions and are genuinely interested in
creating and supporting more of life (another life form) because we’ve satisfied all of our basic needs,
then this unlocks the potential for a higher realm of existence.
When we are supporting more of life, this energy begins to expand and shift upwards towards the
higher energy centers (like the Heart Chakra) and then we begin to experience a deeper more profound
sense of love. For example, we may get glimpses of unconditional love if we decide to have a child.
Subsequently, this also creates the potential for developing a community or being a part of one. And
within this community, we can then further develop our individuality, self esteem, confidence, etc. And
as our individuality grows, we then gain a higher sense of purpose, contribution, growth, etc.
This is the natural progression and expansion of human life… when unhindered that is.
That’s the problem though, this natural progression of life often does get hindered. This is because we
are conscious beings living amongst other conscious creators. When we are exposed to things that are
not in harmony with our highest expression or have been traumatized in the past and have not learned
to integrate it, then there’s now an obstruction to the life force energy flowing through us and we often
find ourselves stuck in the lower energy centers unable to evolve or escape and become all that we’re
meant to be (again, think of a flower unable to blossom or half-formed/malformed plant).
You can see this play out in our current society. The majority of people lost, confused, sick, stressed,
and depressed and are unsure of what they want out of life. They are playing out “low-level behaviors”
because their energy is trapped in the lower energy centers (Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus). Not only
this, but these three energy centers are often imbalanced.
In TCM, this has been referred to as stagnation, deficiency, or excess. This is problematic for
those practicing sexual transmutation (or even for those who aren’t) because their energy is often
uncontrollable, chaotic, or tainted with impurities.

How do you know if you’re suffering from this? Well here are some things to look out for:
Â If your energies are stagnant, you will often feel stuck, restless, uneasy and experience an
overall sense of chaotic-ness. Nothing seems to be working, your emotions are all over the
place, you want to go somewhere or do something but you just seem to make it happen. You’re
pedaling in circles going absolutely nowhere.
Â If it’s deficient, you may feel ungrounded, unsafe, anxious, abandoned, lonely, isolated, low self
esteem and overall just a depletion of life force energy of vitality.
Â If the energy is too excessive, you may become overtly aggressive, dominant, controllable,
horny, angry, irritable etc.
So anytime these lower energy centers are not balanced or flowing properly, an individual will find
themselves “just surviving”. Just getting by, always living in a state of fear, stress, anxiety, dis-ease,
chasing novelty, pleasure, unable to direct their will because they’re depleted of life force (no energy
in their Solar Plexus).
So in turn, they cannot tap into higher sources of energy like Love, Joy and Peace (Heart Chakra and
beyond). They cannot fully express their individuality (Throat Chakra). They’re unable to tap into higher
states of consciousness and receive inspiration to further their development and that of mankind (Third
Eye). Finally, they can not experience transcendental states of spirituality (Enlightenment) because
they’ve haven’t fully integrated their being with their spirituality (Crown Chakra).
In sharing this with you, I hope you are seeing and understanding the importance of energetic flow and
progression. You simply cannot succeed with sexual transmutation to the highest degree or use it to
unlock your highest potential if you don’t get down the basics. Sexual transmutation is a powerful tool,
but that’s only if it’s harnessed and used properly.

How Sexual Transmutation Works
By now you should have an adequate understanding of how life force energy flows and operates. Now it’s
time to add the “sexual” back into sexual energy and see how it all plays out.
When the sexual organs are flowing with an abundance of life force energy, this is the common fiery
sensation we know and feel as sexual energy. But by now you should have a very clear understanding
that this energy is just a concentrated dose of energy lodged at the sexual organs (more specifically
the Sacral and Root Chakra).
This is important to know and differentiate because from this point, one of two things can happen: It
will either seek expression upwards or outwards.
The common path for the undisciplined man is outwards because he has not yet practiced or mastered
the art of sexual transmutation. When there’s no understanding or awareness of how to circulate
this intense sexual energy, this pressure becomes too much to hold in causing it to erupt directly
outwards. Some can transmute this energy naturally or unconsciously (if their energy centers are
flowing properly), but for the most part, the instinctual response is to release it.
But for the man on transmutation, this is obviously not what you want to do. Instead what you want is
to learn how to circulate and transform this energy. You do this by redirecting the energy in the lower
centers and expanding it upwards to the rest of the body through intention, awareness, and breath. This
requires constant conscious intervention (especially in the beginning). This takes a fair bit of practice
to execute because if you’ve been in the habit of feeling a sexual impulse and then automatically acting
upon it, you’re playing out a conditioned response and are thus are behaving unconsciously.
There will come a point however, where you are conscious of the fact that you’re having a sexual
urge, but you just can’t seem to control it because it either feels too strong or the behavior has been
ingrained too deeply. If this is the case, then you need to pay close attention to the Sexual Diffusion
Method and the 6 Pillars of Supreme Sexual Energy because with these two methods alone, you
should be able to transmute any sort of sexual impulse or desire.
If, however, you find that you aren’t able to no matter what you do, it may be because your energy is
too dark, toxic, or chaotic. This may be because you are eating too much flesh foods (like conventional
meat or dairy) which causes the energy to be trapped in the lower energy centers. This is why it’s of
utmost importance that you start practicing and dialing in the fundamentals of energy cultivation (the
6 Pillars) as soon as possible, because once you get this down, sexual energy will often transmute itself.

There’s a common misconception that you always need to be turned on for sexual transmutation to
work. This is not always the case. In fact, I would argue if you’re new or inexperienced this may only
serve as a hindrance because your thoughts, energy and actions are dominated by sexual expression.
Of course even when you’re experienced, there will still be moments where you’ll need to consciously
redirect and transmute this energy, but for the most part, when you’re practicing the 6 pillars and
there are no blockages to your life force energy, your sexual energy will transmute itself because it’s
flowing freely.
Here’s the easiest way to understand how sexual transmutation works:
There’s an energy that is always flowing in and through you. When you retain this energy and do
not discharge it, it begins to build up in your system… which is often first felt as sexual energy.
However, with enough practice (through the methods discussed later), this energy begins to
transmute itself. As this raw primal energy accumulates more and more, it begins to supercharge
every other function of your body because you have an abundance of life force flowing through
you. This subsequently supercharges and magnetizes your aura (electromagnetic field) because
your energy centers are vibrating and operating at the highest level. This effect only compounds
the more efficiently you practice the principles laid forth in the program.
In essence, sexual transmutation is simply the act of not discharging the life force flowing through you
through sexual means or other wasteful activities and allowing it to build up and accumulate and then
circulating it throughout your body so it becomes an extension or magnification of who you are. Then,
everything you do gets “sexualized” with your energy; the unique energetic signature that makes you,
you. This energy that’s oozing out of you is also highly magnetic because it is universally known and
felt. The exact mechanism behind why this is so will be discussed in the next section.

attraction can be easily explained by observing the natural
phenomenons of life. There are certain laws governing
this universe that we are no exception of. So, when we can
understand them and utilize them, we can begin to align
ourselves with this “force” and thus create and attract
whatever it is we want in our lives.
You don’t have to know the exact science of electromagnetism

or energetic attraction to see how this plays out in nature,
but it does help to know the basic mechanism behind
how it works in order to make the connections to sexual
transmutation.
The most obvious example to use when discussing magnetism

would be that of a magnet. Why? Because magnets are the
most apparent examples of the strong energetic attraction
between two objects.
Magnets contain a certain group of metals that are constantly

giving off a certain charge (known as a magnetic field). Depending
on how large the magnet is or what it is made up of, this attraction
can either be very weak or very strong. And depending on the
exact constituents of the magnet, only specific metals will be
attracted to it. And as with all things in the Universe, there’s
always going to be polarity (Think North and South poles, Male
and Female, Light and Dark, Yin and Yang).
Therefore, in order for attraction to occur, the materials,

constituents and polarities need to be in alignment and within
vicinity. I’m sure we’re all aware of the phenomena when we

put the wrong ends of a magnet together and it mysteriously repulses each other… yet if we flip them
around, they magically get drawn towards each other. Thus positioning and vicinity are important
concepts to remember when trying to attract certain things.
“Electric fields are created by differences in voltage: the higher the voltage, the
stronger will be the resultant field. Magnetic fields are created when electric current
flows: the greater the current, the stronger the magnetic field. An electric field will
exist even when there is no current flowing.”

But, the core essence of what you need to know and understand is that everything has an electromagnetic
charge and is constantly giving off electromagnetic energy.
The Earth, for example, has been shown to have its own electromagnetic field. Our bodies too, have
been shown to have its own electromagnetic field. Therefore, it should be of no surprise if I were to
tell you our cells themselves have certain degrees of electromagnetic energy. That’s the very study of
bioelectromagnetism–the interaction of electrical impulses flowing in and through cells, tissues and
organisms.
How this ties into sexual transmutation is this: Because there is an electrical current constantly flowing
through you (Qi, Prana, and Life Force), the more of this you have, the more charged and magnetic
you become.
This energy as mentioned earlier is universally known and felt; it is the source of all things. Everything
has universal energy, from the smallest atom to the largest galaxy.

The more of this universal energy you have flowing through you, the more people will inevitably be
drawn to you (by law). You literally become like an energetic charging station; an energetic center of
orbit. Like the sun, you are radiating and giving off tremendous energy yet at the same time exhibiting
an extremely large gravitational pull.
When you practice sexual transmutation, it helps to keep in mind you are constantly charged with life
force because you have chosen not to discharge it. And because of your dedication and commitment
to the path, you will be rewarded with a golden orb of energy that surrounds your body. The more
diligent and effective you are with this practice, the bigger and stronger the orb will become… and
thus, the more vibrant and magnetic you will be.
Now, we’re going to discuss more examples of magnetism, but this time we’re going to see how it plays
out in nature.

How Magnetism and Attraction

Plays out in Nature
Can you think of any examples in which magnetism and attraction plays out in nature? Meaning, are
there any scenarios you can conjure up that exhibit these principles of attraction? Have you seen it
with insects, the animal kingdom, the sea world or with plants and trees?
I’m sure you have. It may not be in your conscious awareness at the moment but try to come up with
a list of examples as you read and then compare it to the one I’m about to share with you. See if there
are any similarities.
Bees and Flowers

Have you been blessed with the wonderful experience of calmly observing the process in which a
bee collects nectar? Have you seen how it flies around before finally settling down on a flower to
collect pollen from? How does it go about this process? Well it chooses the flower with the brightest
colors and strongest fragrance. There are other properties within pollen that attract bees, but what
exactly those are still remain a mystery to bee researchers. What we can potentially deduce is that
these properties are quite likely similar to that of a magnet. Certain metals attract certain metals.
Certain personalities attract certain personalities. Certain flowers attract certain bees. But again, the
magnitude in which that happens depends heavily upon the concentration or amount of material that
is present. An interesting study shows that bees actually have mechanosensory hairs that pick up on
the electric field of the flower. Quite interesting.

Peacocks and Peahens

Another great example many of us have seen are Peacocks. Peacocks are male birds with brightly
colored feathers that they use to attract their female counterparts: Peahens. The attraction mechanism
behind why that is the case has been articulated in a few ways: how vibrant and well displayed their
feathers are and the rate at which they rattle their feathers. Some researchers believe that the eyes
of the feather are what initially attract the attention of the peahen, and then the vibratory portions
of the lower feathers are what end up sealing the courtship. There are also others who believe that
despite having beautiful vibrant feathers, some peahens simply don’t “vibe” with it and thus choose
not to mate.

The Japanese Puffer Fish

The last example we’ll go over is the mating ritual performed by the Japanese male pufferfish. Instead
of exhibiting an attractive physical attribute that automatically attracts a mate, it needs to build one.
In fact, these fish inherently know how to build a geometric masterpiece. However, the quality in
which this artwork is created dictates whether or not she wants to lay her eggs there. So depending on
how well the puffer fish displays his energetic vibration (in the form of a geometric breeding ground)
ultimately determines whether or not he gets a mate.
These are only three of many examples that exist in nature. I share this with you because they are
perfect depictions of the attraction principles I’m trying to illustrate. The common theme underlying
these mating rituals or attraction principles is that there are certain patterns of energetic expression
that determine whether one is attracted to the other or not. Sexual transmutation can then be described
as the tool in which you express your own unique energetic signature to the highest degree; thus,
enhancing the rate and occurrence of sexual encounters.
I’m sure there are also many other contradictions with opposing mating rituals but that’s the beauty
of nature; there are various forms of how it all plays out. However, at the core of it all, it’s merely
manifestations of the same thing: Universal Energy.
And at the end of the day, no matter how you attract, what you attract, or what is attracted to you,
the principles of attraction are still there. And learning about sexual transmutation will only compound
that force tenfold.

Feel the Power of Sexual

Transmutation
We discussed a lot of mental theories and concepts… how about we put some of this into practice?
The following exercise is intended to arouse in you various feelings like pleasure, sexual excitement,
drive, ambition, desire, frustration and possibly even pain. Therefore, it’s preferred that you have a
comfortable environment that allows for freedom of self-expression. If you are in an environment that
has other peoples’ energy lurking in the background (such as a public environment), you may not be
able to fully relax or focus resulting in you not getting the most out of this exercise.
In order to truly experience sexual transmutation and the raw power of sexual energy flowing through
you, you must execute this exercise correctly.
So please make sure you’re in an environment where you have adequate personal space.
When you are ready, Let’s begin.
Sexual Transmutation Practice: Visualize and Exercise

Please make sure to read all of the directions FULLY before performing BOTH EXERCISES!
Exercise - 01 Arousing the Fire
Spend the next few minutes with your eyes closed,

breathing deep into every cell of your body. Once
you feel sufficiently relaxed and are fully present
within your body, bring to mind the most erotic
fantasy you can come up with. This can be with a
current partner, a past one, or just an imaginary
scenario. The goal is to allow this energy to build
up so much that it‘s intoxicating. Every cell in your
body should feel charged and electrified. Keep

magnifying this sensation by indulging in your senses and engaging your imagination. Now, holding this
sensation in your body, furrow your brows with a face of aggression and let out primal noises (deep
growls) as if you’re conquering her and the world. Continue to let out primal sounds while feeling
your sexual organs. These sensations should feel deep and visceral. Continue to make these sounds
while simultaneously keeping in your mind’s eye the sexual fantasy and any other charged emotions
surrounding your intense desires for wealth, fame and success; or even any charged emotions of
frustration, doubt, and anger you have towards self or others. Throw it all into the fire; transmute
it all. Keep doing this until you feel like it’s almost unbearable or that you’ve reached your energetic
climax. When you’ve achieved this state, open your eyes and immediately proceed to Exercise TWO.
Exercise - 02 Let it Burn
With this immense charge of energy pulsing through your body, you’re going to channel all of it into
a physical exercise. You’re going to be performing pushups; however, you need to do as many as you
can (UNTIL FAILURE) and as INTENSELY as you can.
LET ALL OF YOUR EMOTIONS OUT INTO THIS EXERCISE!
DO IT UNTIL YOU CAN’T DO ANYMORE.
AND EVEN WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE YOU CAN’T DO ANYMORE, PUSH YOURSELF TO DO
ONE MORE! CHANNEL THE INTENSITY!
If you’ve performed these exercises correctly, you should feel unlike any other. This is the essence of
your masculine power. This INTENSITY is only available for men with highly developed sex drive.
It’s the same intensity that allows you to make the girl come and come and to continue even when
she’s moaning and screaming stop (in the most playful and loving way of course).
This intensity... this raw sexual energy can only be truly tapped into it when you know how to manage
and channel it properly.
However, this was only a short burst; a glimpse of what your power is capable of. It’ll work sporadically,
but it’s no different than ejaculating and then burning yourself out.
