After 2am, sleep lacks the same quality that you need as it becomes more superficial, it can chronically
deprive your body of regenerative sleep
When you wake up, your subconscious mind is most impressionable and soaks up information like a

When you go to bed at night and light begins to turn into darkness, Serotonin turns into
Melatonin
This is the hormone responsible for making you feel sleepy and changes your brain waves
When you block out external sensory by plugging your ears with
meditation and closing your eyes, you are blocking out much if
not all of that 80% of sensory – depending how deeply you’re able
to go into meditation
Making your body sit still, taking in less stimulation, less focus on
your outer world…then allows you to enter into a thought state
alone
The brainwaves slow down and move into Alpha – that is the
imaginary world where the inner world is greater than the outer
world
You could still hear and sense the outer world but your focus
and attention is on the inner world

When you allow your body to fall asleep and your mind is still awake,
you are moving into the Theta brain wave state.
This is when the body is no longer the mind.

and this is when immediate change can take place
If you miss the Theta brain wave state, you move into Delta
Every now and then you see Gamma brain waves which

outer world. They are in an imaginary state.
As they learn the laws of their environment, their brain moves into the Alpha state. In alpha, they
pretend, they play, they are paying attention to their outer world.
