normal, the GSIS is undertaking a project which aims not only to update your respective
employees contact information but will also update the record or member’s profile of
each one.

in this Agency Inventory Template, herewith attached.

The objective of this project is of utmost significance. This will be the GSIS’s base in
sending out new advisories and relevant GSIS updates. Most importantly, this will also
bring up to date the information or data of your employees in our data base.
