2. The SHS Summit clm Skills expo aims to:

a. display and soll innovative p{oducts, outputs;
b. build confid€nce among SHS students in tho demonstration of skills and abililies;
c. str€ngthen awareness of the SHS Program;
d. increase stakeholclers supporl for the SHS program to the community;
e. share th€ir thoughts, feelings and experiences in coming up with success stories
amidst challenges; ard
f. replicate seflior high schools' best practices in their local context.

3. Participants to this SHS Summit arm Skills Expo are th€ School Heads, SHS Coordinators
and seled grade '12 studefits ftom difierent trackv strands / speoalizations c,f th€ 85 public
SHSS, grade 12 students ftom private schools, 15 Private Sctool Administrators and 15
SHS Coordinators from the 15 private schools, Division personnel and invited stakeholders
from the different agencies like TESDA, DOLE, DTl, LGU and representatives from private
companies.

4. Participent's registration of attendance shell be done on the first day at ttle vsnue at exacily
7:30 to 8:30 in the moming.

5. Each lmplementing Unit (lU) SHS shall send seven (7) participarts (5 Grade 12 students;
1 SHS Coordinator and 1 School Head) who shall pay a registration fee of Five Hundred
Pesos (P500.00) each to detray expenses of two (2) lunches and four (4) snacks. However,
every lU is €ligible to send additional Gtade 12 stud€nl perticipants who shall not pay e
regislratrtrr fee since their meals and snacks be shouldered by the scfiool, Expenses
incurred of their atlendance and other expenses shall be charged against scfrool MOOE.
On th€ other hand, all expenses incuned for Non lmplementing Unit (Non lus) participants

MOOE lodge in the Division ffice while transportation, per diem, supplies and materials
and other expenses related to the event shall be charged against local furds subjed to
usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

6. Each Private SHS shall s€nd s6ven (7) participants (5 Grade 12 strdents; 1 SHS
Coordinator and 1 School Head) who shall pay a registretion fee of Five Hundred Pesos
(P500.00) each to deftay expens€s of two (2) lunches and foLr (4) snacks chargeaH€
against school and other funds.

7. This is a t$/o{ay live out adivity, h6nce Patin-ay National High School is reserved as
billeting quarter for participants who want to slay on the night of Day 0 - March 4, 2020
and night of Day 1- March 5, 2020.

School heads of Public SHS of each municipality shall prepare and set up one
boolh where they can display and sell their products, showcase innovations and
services offered in line with the course or track offered in their respective schools.
A brief demonstration or overview of the products or services shall be shown by
the students in their respeclive booth.They shall be responsible for the materials
that will be used and other expenses incurred during the exhibit.

2. The identified fourteen (14) presenters shall prepare a STAR (Situation, Task,
Action, Results) s-Tminute video presentations show casing their best practices in
the Senior High School lmplementation. Each presenter is only given 10 - 15
minutes inclusive of the reactions from the reac{or.

3. A reactor is assigned to each presenter, however, if there are more participants

to react they are still allowed provided it is still within the time frame. Time keeper
is assigned to ensure proper time management. Moderator is assigned to facilitate
the reactions and clarificatory questions A synthesizer is assigned to take down
what transpired particularly on the highlights of the presentations, and the
reactions. lssues and concerns shall also be noted.

4. The presentation of SHS best practices shall be done in the afternoon of day one,
March 5, 2020.

5. Trento National High School Arts and Design students through the SHS
Coordinator shall be responsible in the enterlainment during the opening program
, lunch break and closing program to show case their talents relative to Arts and
Design.
