1. The Quezon Science High School, through the DepEd Division of Quezon, announces
the commencement of filing of application to screen qualifred applicants for the Quezon
Science High School Admission Test (QSHSAT) SY 2023-2024.

2. For interested app[cants, the following guidelines on eligibility are as follow: Applicant
must:
. be a bonafide resident of Quezon Province, Lucena City, and Tayabas City;
. be a graduating grade 6;
. be inclined to take STEM Track in Senior High School and STEM-related college
courses;
. Lre physically, emotionally and psychologica-lly fit to undergo rigorous academic
program;
. have a rating ofat least 85 in all subject areas for the lst aIId 2nd quarters;
. have a rating of 88 in Science, Mathematics, and English for the lst & 2nd
quarters;
. have an average of86 for the lst and 2nd quarters; and
. have not taken the Quezon Science Admission Test in the past.

3. For applicants who have already completed Grade 6, the student must satisft all of
tl.e above requirements and must have not yet enrolled in Grade 7.

4. Please submit following documentary requirements along with the application form

. Certified true copy ofGrade 6 Report Card/School Form 9 / Form 138 for the lst
and 2nd Quarters of the current school year;
