SUBJECT Conduct of LAC Session and Technicalassistance to School

Headsand Teachers

1. Cognizance to DO #8 s. 2015 - Poliry Guidelines on Classroom Assessment for the K

to 12 Basic Education Program and due to observations need to be addressed per
result of monitoring in the conduct of 1't Quarter Periodical Examination, the
Curriculum lmplementation Division (ClD) will conduct LAC Sessions and Technical
Assistance to all school heads and teachers to both elementary and secondary.

2. The focus of IAC Sessions and Technical Assistance are as follows:

o Preparation of table of Specifications and Test Questions Construction
o IGP & LR Process Flow
o Quality Assurance of locally developed LRs.
o Bridging Process for K to 3 Teachers

3. School Heads are dlrected to observe time on tasks to teacher who will attend their
schedule session through exigenry plans.

4. Participants are advised to bring their Curriculum Guide (CG), writing pad, water &
food provisions

5. For Secondary Teacher participants, only one {1) teacher per Grade level per learning
area is required per school

6. ldentified Host School Heads are requested to prepare venue with tables and chairs
which can accommodate 50-60 participants. Multimedia gadget such as projector
with screen and public address system are likewise solicited.
