clrmate change Adaptataon (Live-in Training) on December z7-2g.2021 al Rosario Resort
and Hotel Rosario. Batangas.

2 Anent to it, please be reminded of the following changes/corrections to the aforesaid

memo:

a. Change of dates oftrainlng- from Dec. 2Z-29,2021 to Jan. ZO_22.2022.

b. Change of participant- from Anicia R. lndicio of Taysan NHS to Andrian D. Garbin
of Guinhawa Elementary School, Taysan. Batangas

3. All nonteaching personnel who are included in this training are entitled to a one (1) day
compensatory Time off (cro) in accordance with cSC-DB|\4 Joint Memorandum circutars
No. 2 s. 2004 and No. 2-A s. 2005.

1 . ln view of our preparations for the possible expansion of limited face to face
learning modality and to strengthen the implementation of Disaster Risk Reduction
and Management in the division amidst the pandemic, this Office thru School
Governance and Operations Division- DRRM Section will conduct the Training on
Disaster Risk Reduction Management Modules and Climate Change Adaptation
(Live-in Training) on December 27-29, 2021 at Rosario Resort and Hotel, Rosario,
Batangas.

2. Attached here with is the list of participants and TWG members.

3. Transportation and other incidental expenses of participants in the said training is

chargeable against local funds subject to usual accounting rules and regulalions.

4. Members of the Technical Working Group are requested to be at the training

venue on Dec. 26. 2A21 al4prn for pre-planning.

5. As a reiteration, strict compliance on the minimum public health standards for

Covid-19 mitigation should be always ensured and all the participants must present
their vaccination certificate upon registration.
