1. ln consonance with the Regional Memorandum Number 394, s. 2A22 and in addition to
the Division Memorandum No. 209 s. 2922, on the Schedule of the Division-Wide E-
RAISE UP Program Job-Embedded Learning (JEL! Monitoring and Evaluation, this
office announces the conduct of the said activi$ on. Septernber 5=9" 2922tram 8:30. am--
4:30 pm via Google Meet.

I ttE participants to this activity are the teachero. Master Teachers, school heads and
. superviiors who have attended the E-RAISE UP Program - Batch ,l and have registered
in the link provided in the previous Division Memorandum.

3. Each participant is advised to undertake the following:

r Review, update and accomplish his/her JEL Plan lmplementation duly signed
by the IPCRF Rater and Ratee
r Prepare a 3-minute video presentation of the JEL Plan Implementation
following the instructions stated in the RM 394 $.2022
. Submit the duly signed JEL Plan and the 3-minute video presentation of the
JEL Plan lmplementation on or before August 29, 2022 at
https ://bit. lv/J E Lvideopresentation. Please be guided by the followin g :
o Use Canva App to capture the documeritation of JEL Plan
lmplementation and make a 3-minute video.
o Upload the video in MP4 format together with the duly JEL
implementation Plan in PDF format.
o Consider the following in naming yoUr files
