1. With reference to Regional Memorandum No. 522, s. 2022
the field of the
Curmiculum Management Support System, this Office hereby informs
updates on the implementation of the Curiculum Management Support System
(CMSS) to monitor the performance of teachers and students in the implementation
of teaching and learning process and to provide appropriate technical assistance to

the Schools Division Offices (SDOs) and schools.

2. The Cumculum and Learning Management Division (CLMD) and the Information
Communication Technology Unit (1CTU) have announced the five updates released
on the ROX-CMSS System, to wit:
a. The first adition which is the Filter tool enables users to view specific
results based on the name, quarter, and subject of the school.
b. The table will show a Summation at the bottom indicating the total
learners per Rating Category as the second update following each fiter
operation.
c. To search for the filtering results, a Search bar is utilized below the filter
boxes.
d. The fourth update, Print functionality, allows users to print the results.
e. The fifth update, Download function, allows the users to download the
results into an excel file.
3. For a clearer understanding of how to use the features, a transaction flow per
feature is attached. A video tutorial is also provided through this link
bit.ly/cmssupdatetutorial.
4. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is highly enjoined.

1. The Curriculum Management Support System (CMSS) was
