In support of the full implementation of lhe Basic Education-I2arning Continuity Plan (BE-
LCP), all concemed persorurel shall be Suided accodingly and observe the following
adiustments due to recenl policy issuances of the DePartment:

1. DepEd Order No. 18, 8. 20?l (Interio Guidetine€ on Giving of Awttdt aud
Re.o8nition in light of the Baric Education Leaming Co tnuity Plan for School
Ye.t 202G2021)

a. The tagging of horior8 during the updating of End of School Year (XOSY) statu6
of the learner in the l€arner Information Syetem (LlS) shall be limited oily to
Grades 6 & 10 sincc the facility for Senior HiSh School (Grade 12) ie not yet
availabl€ in the system. Iryh e for other grade levels, schoots shall only be
allowed to mcode the general average of the leamer.
b. Tagging of honors is oPtional Jor Priyate Schools.
c. The system-generated SFs or Report on Plomotion shall only reflect the honoB
given fo! Crades 6, 10, & 12.

lempoiirlly sulpcndcd for SY A]!G2021. However, the DCC shall continuously
provide technical assistance to schoolE throuBh inlormation dissemiiation-
related activities, reitelate instructioos regarding the interim Suidelin€s set in DM
14, s. 2c27, and empahize the roles and fuhctions oI the School Checking
Committee (scg as rtipulated in DepEd Order No. 11, s. 2018.
b. The DCC ahall consolidate the SICR1 submitted by the schools and pr€par€ the
DGlrict/Ouster Surnmary and Divi8ion Summary using the SFCR 2 & 3,
rcspectively. Please refer to Section V PatagaPh C.2 of DePEd Ord€r 11" s. m18
for further instmction.

Eor the Schoot Checking conpnirtee 6CCl:

a. The School Head as the Chak of the ScC has the discretion to leconstitute the
membe$ oI ihe committee, except for the LIS Cooldinator as one of the two co-
chaire.
b. Prior to fte actual checking oI school Iorms, the SCC shall conduct a review or a
reori€ntation on the guidelines stipulated in DepEd order No. 1L, s. 2018.
c. The SCC shall be responsible for checking the rhool records, make necesaary
adjustrnents, and affix their signatures in the School Form 5 (RePort on
Promotiofl).
d. After checking the school forms, the SCC shall suknit to the DCC Chair coPi€s

a. The LIs kansfer notification shall eerve as the notice of request fot lhe transfer of
documcfit/s from the originating rhool to the receiving school. It rePlaces the
Eaditional practice of printing the request form.
b. After thirty (30) days, despite persistent follow-uPs made to the ori8inating
6chol, all pending requests fot action on the tansfe! of documents shall be
consolidated and submitted to the School Govemance and Operalions Division
(SCOD) for terhncial assi$tance.

to another. Tlus instruction aPPlies to both Public and Private schools.
b. The Division Planning Officd as the Division System Administator shall
prepare the consolidated list oI rhools that continuously ignore the EanBf€.
request in the Lls, which shall be submihed t'o the offi€e of the S'chool Division
Superintendent (SDS) thru the SCOD Chiel for aPProPriate action.

5. Taggrng of Learner with Disebilides (LWDs) and recipients of School-Based

Fe€ding Prog.am (SBFP) shall a.lso be available in the LIS Ior End Of School Year
2020-20?1.
