authorities. Lrkervise, in the installation of its telecommunrcation equipment requiring
elcctncai expertise, LESSEE shall employ only the services ofa Licensed Electrician so that
anv resulting additronal load or electncal current required shall be \vithin the electrical load
capacin,of the Building, thereby minimizing fire hazards.
6 Lf,SSEE'S ACCESS TO TIIE LEASf,D PRf,'MISES - The LESSO& upon nolice given
twentv-four (24) hours prior to entry, or less in case of emergency shall allow onlv
authorrzcd employees/agents of the LESSEE, access to and from the Leased Premises

rclccommunrcation equipment/facilities, in connection with the installation. operation and
