Globe Telecom, Inc. to install cell towers in schools under the Division of
Muntinlupa city.

thc LESSET to install telecommunication antennas, facilities and/or related equipment,
includrng the necessary upgrading thereof at such suitable place/s within the l.eased
Premises, install cables wrthin the Building to rnterconnect the telecommunication
cquipment: lo install a powerifeeder line; and to operat€ a dry cell or other altematit'e back-
up power source to assure continuous po\.!er supply to the antennas and other requisite
tclecornmunication appurtenanccs, facilities and,br rclated equipment u'ith rental charges
thereto already rncluded in Paragraph 3. Further, in order for LESSEE to comply with its
legal and government mandate and obligation as a public utility/public service provider.
LESSOR heretry allorvs LESSEE to install, de-install, change, upgrade, enhance. replace.
rcpair. maintain, rnodemize, update, impror,e and tralsform its antennas, small cells (e.g
pico cclls), WiFi, ancillaries, accessories, cahles, power source (e.g. genset, battenes, solar
panclsr and other facilities,'equipment at such suitable places ruthin the Leased Premises.
\ubject to prior uritten consent and approval of both parties, without additional cost to

elcctncai expertise, LESSEE shall employ only the services ofa Licensed Electrician so that

capacin,of the Building, thereby minimizing fire hazards.

6 Lf,SSEE'S ACCESS TO TIIE LEASf,D PRf,'MISES - The LESSO& upon nolice given
twentv-four (24) hours prior to entry, or less in case of emergency shall allow onlv
authorrzcd employees/agents of the LESSEE, access to and from the Leased Premises

rclccommunrcation equipment/facilities, in connection with the installation. operation and
