Save the Earth, Show It’s Worth

Heal the world make it a better place today as we live the world we are continuously facing the global
warming it seems like it’s never ending we are the one who must act to change the reality today. This
webinar shows the reality for me because the guest-speaker discussed where our waste goes
she discussed the issues and problems that they encounter. As I listen, it is so saddening to
know that we still don’t have the unity to cooperate for the sake of our society, for the sake of
our own health and daily living.

I realized here that as a student, as young as I am, I should and I must practice the basics, the
basic steps to help the environment - reduce, reuse, and recycle. I, as a student must start it
now, at home and to my environment. I, as a student, must help and not to be one of those
people who didn’t know how to cooperate to the improvement of our country and to save our
mother earth.

For us to save the earth, we must face the reality. This webinar for me shows the reality. This
shows what is really happening to our society especially to the garbage that we accumulate.

Honestly, until now, the idea of where our mountain of garbage goes is unclear to me. Like,
after it get by the garbage truck of our barangay then put it to the place where it must put,
what’s next? Will it just stay that way? Where it will go? Will they burn it? Recycle it? How
about the garbage that cannot be recycle? These are some questions that until now are unclear
to me, I had idea now but still I want to see it I want to know it personally what happens.
