In the photo an ABS-CBN artist known as “Vice Ganda” holding a placard in Quezon city that tells for their broadcasting
network renewal. This network has aired around 67 years starting from its founding. This network company had
developed strong roots in the hearts of the Filipino (abs-CBN viewers). Mixed emotions raised from its termination due to
alleged tax evasion and biased articles. The society had a strong impact on the loss of this network company. The
approach of discipline is Sociology. because we can simply see how the community experience a great shift in their
traditions. The best example is avid viewers of “FPJ’s Ang probinsyano” It became a part of their culture after a long day
at work they will watch this show and they mourn due to its loss.

In the photo exposes a Chinese mother and her child defecating in the MOA grounds. This photo fueled up between the
tension Filipino and Chinese in the society. Chinese nationality in the Philippines showed much unruly behavior here in
the Philippines according to previous articles. This caused an ongoing outraged in the community. Many suggest
deporting these individuals and some permanently ban them. The appropriate discipline for this image
is Sociology. Because we can see the clash between two cultures and disturbance in society. Chinese unruly behavior
became a great threat to Filipinos because they feel disrespected from their own country. After all, it is an inevitable
interaction between two nationalities.

In the photo are an Activist group and some UP students in the UP Diliman appealing against the Anti-Terror Bill. They
gathered to show unity against the Anti-terror bill. We can see social distancing because of Covid-19. This is suited for a
discipline which is political science. A law is made for the welfare of the citizens and the country, This law became a hot
topic because there is a section that can arrest someone even without a warrant via suspicion of the police which violates
the bill of rights. This caused an outrage in the Filipino community because the Government can abuse this law because it
is vague it cannot determine the freedom of speech or terrorism.

Ferdinand Marcos declared martial law on the Philippines on September 21 1972 in Malacañang. From his declaration of
martial law, a direct imposition of military control on the community. The Filipino people were surprised upon his
declaration because martial law was obviously unnecessary. Social Science is the appropriate discipline. Because
President Marcos change the Philippine government structure from Democracy to Dictatorship. Freedom was taken away
from the people because the Dictator has the sole control over the country.

Moai statues in Easter Island from the image built by the Early Rapa Nui people. Due to weathering that caused the
shifting of soil, it caused an illusion that we only see heads. But it was recently discovered by Anthropologist that the
statues have a body. Anthropology is perfect a discipline. This helps the early researchers to have insights on Rapa Nui
people on their settlement on the island. This adds as a clue why some of the statues are buried and others are not.

From the Photo a massive balangay boat in Butuan, Philippines. This is an ancient preserved balangay boat estimated by
experts around 800 years old. This ship is owned by Early Indones people one of the first inhabitants in the Philippines.
This is a perfect fit for the discipline Anthropology. Because it will greatly help to clear uncertainties and empty gaps in the
ancient maritime history. The Ship is the best evidence for the migration of the Indones and supports facts about Butuan
culture and History.
