Description of Work: INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE

Potensi Bahaya:
Jenis kemungkinan bahaya

-don't overload the material or the material will

overflow out of injection part and the material will
go to waste.
-becareful when troubleshoot the mold or hand
will be crushed when laying your hands between
molds.
-don't let the hopper overheat or it will start to
burning, please control the heat on the hopper
properly.
-be alert when wanting to change or install mould
due to heavy mould, if it falls on yourself there
may be parts of the bone will be broken or
destroyed and at worst result to death.
-be careful when using this machine constantly
checking it regularly if the machine is still running
or it may explode if it over-limits the machine
-When lifting, keep your back straight and lift with
your legs. If the load is too heavy, it will make
you injured your back or hand so get help o r
notify your supervisor.

-Do not operate the machine unless you have been instructed in its operation and safety devices
-Be certain all safety devices are working properly before operating the machine
-If any safety equipment is missing, damaged, or inoperative, notify your supervisor immediately
and do not operate the machine
-Use safety devices provided and do not bypass, change, or otherwise make inoperative any such
safety device or equipment.
- Keep oil and water off the floor around the machine, Keep the platform and work area clean and
Wear safety shoes and safety glasses at all times.

Semasa penggunaan

-At the start of each shift, be sure the machine is operating properly and that molding parameters
are set properly.
-Check to see that the nozzle tip is properly seated in the mold properly
-Check pressure gauges for proper settings.
-be sure the machine is operating properly and that molding parameters are set properly.
-check the machine operation screen regularly
-When machine running makesure the door for the mold closed

-Whenever you leave your machine, be sure it is turned off.

-If the machine must be shut down, plastic materials should not be left in a plasticizing cylinder
heated to operating temperatures
-Material should never be left in the mold. Remove the molded parts and sprue before shutting
down the machine.
-When purging material from the plasticizing cylinder or changing materials, be sure of the
compatibility of materials being used.
-Check product results before closing the machine
