Cloning technology was discovered by Hans Sperman, a German embryologist, in the

year 1935, lots of scientists began to experiment with cloning after him. In 1996, Dolly

sheep, the world's first cloned mammal, was born. However, it became a huge moral

discussion, for example, whether human beings have the right to control the life of the clone,

whether they have the right to let the clone as an experiment for human research... and ended

up restricting the cloning of any living thing, including human beings.

This is my story; I don’t know even I can call its my life. It’s now 2080. My number is

10086. I live in the most technologically advanced city in the United States. The high-rise

buildings, artificial intelligence, visual information transmission, filled in every community,

everything is like an illusion, so close as if within reach. It's also the worst part of the country.

Why? People who walks on the street looks the same. "Ka - Ka - Ka" this pendulum like

sound comes from the clone factory in this city, and this sound means that today the

27128297th batch of human clones in the world have been born. As the people of the ruling

class have longer lives, their requirements for human cloning have become more critical

everyday than yesterday. Human clones are made to serve human beings, and “everyone” is

assigned to a different field of work. The works are completely random, depending on the

skill enhancement chip in each clone's brain. The physical fitness of the clones also changes

with the type of chip in the brain that works, making them more fit for work and more likely

to last longer. In case the clone is bad, humans do not have to send the clone to the special
maintenance points of the production factories for repairing, they only need to buy one again,

after all, the development of cloning technology makes the clone becomes as cheap as daily

necessities. These eliminated clones are used in some inhumane fields, such as organ culture

and contribution, medical experiments, or food specially provided for the new generation of

clones.

Let's talk about this chip in detail. It not only gives “us” the ability to have different

skills, but also deprives “us” of the “personal cognitive ability” of human cloning Instead of

cognitive ability, it's a built-in encryption system called forbidden. It is through this system

that the government governs all human clones. And I was the only exception. I was once

assigned a job as a reporter, but I was hit in the head by a heavy object in an event report.

When I woke up again, I had my brain chip removed and was lying in a truck which is used

to carry scrap clone, surrounded by all kinds of damaged or old clones to be processed. This

is also the first real feeling that the world gives me. Although I managed to escape in the end,

in this anti Utopian world, this white terror always makes me feel scared.

I now live in the suburbs of the city, far away from this corrupt society, and make a living

by hunting. Relying on simple tools and their own communication equipment can also be

used to pay attention to the trend of the city. I'm also Keep an eye on if the government

notices that I'm a self-aware clone who has fled the city. With the basic needs of life

guaranteed, I began to look for other clones with self-consciousness. We hope to create a safe

human cloning community that is not controlled by human beings soon.
