for a period of one year to look after the work relating to Infrastructure Development works in its
various Industrial Model Townships/Industrial Estates in the State of Haryana as per details

In case of Manager(IA), interested candidates must have qualified/cleared the Graduate Aptitude
Test in Engineering (GATE) in the relevant field in the year, 2020. Whereas, in case of Manager
(P&A), the interested candidates must have qualified the GMAT or CAT of the year 2019.

Age Limit: Between 18 to 42 years. Relaxation in upper age limit will be given to candidates of
Haryana only in accordance with the instructions of the State Government. The detailed terms and

Terms & Conditions of Employment of Professionals in HSIIDC

i) The applicants should possess the requisite qualification as mentioned and the
incumbent shall be paid remuneration as mentioned in advertisement.

ii) The Contract will be initially for a period of one year, which can be further
extended for further period of one year at the discretion of the Corporation.

iii) The contract can be terminated by giving one month’s notice on either side.

iv) Ten casual leaves shall be admissible in one full year.

v) Incumbents employed through this process shall be entitled for the TA/DA,
conveyance allowance, Mobile expenses equivalent to the regular employees in
respective category of the Corporation respectively.

vi) Applicant’s engagement will be purely on contractual basis, which will not entitle
him/her to claim regularization of her/his services or for grant of regular pay
scale.

vii) The upper age limit for applying for the post will be reckoned on the closing of
the application to apply for the post.

viii) The Selected candidate will have to execute an agreement containing the above
and other usual terms and conditions.

ix) The no. of vacancies may increase or decrease depending upon the decision of the
Corporation.

x) The decision of the Corporation in the selection/rejection of any candidate shall


be final.

xi) Acceptance or rejection of application of the candidates will be at the sole


discretion of the Management. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.

xii) The selected candidates will be posted anywhere in Haryana.

xiii) Applications of candidates attempting to influence or interfere with the selection


process will be rejected summarily and he/she will be declared disqualified for
future vacancies in HSIIDC.

xiv) The applications complete in all respect should reach to our Corporate Office, C-

A. Selection Process:

i) HSIIDC will make the merit list solely based on valid score of GATE/ GMAT/CAT of
the eligible candidates.
ii) Candidates must have qualified/cleared the valid Graduate Aptitude Test in
Engineering (GATE) of the year 2020 only in Civil Engineering for the positions in Indl.
Area cadre and selection will be made based on merit list prepared according to GATE
score of year 2020 obtained by the candidates.
iii) In case of Manager (P&A), the first preference will be given to GMAT score holders
of 2019. There will be separate merit list for CAT 2019 score holders.
iv) The applicants, who are not having any post qualification experience, can be
considered for the lower post i.e. Asstt. Manager (IA) or Asstt. Manager (P&A). The
monthly salary in the case of Assistant Managers will be Rs. 35,000/- per month.
