1. Written Endorsements is new and started only by batch 2017.

EDIT APPROPRIATELY
AND USE ONLY FOR YOUR FIRST ROTATION. First rotation only because there may be
changes from last year compared to this year. 2nd rotation onwards, make your own
already.
2. Under each of the department folders are sample forms. Again, edit
appropriately.
3. Some files have the word "secret" in their titles. These are personal files and
many of them not so sure if pwede talaga ispread hehe. Same din with the lecture
files. Do not share especially with other hospitals/schools. Guard with your life.
4. Don't forget to make clerk-to-clerk endorsements when leaving a department!
