Introduction

These guidelines intend to provide ODDO BHF employees with

a summary of the Group’s policies and guidance that apply to
personal participation and comments on social media and more
specifically on LinkedIn. The guidelines apply to all external social
media situations where you associate yourself with ODDO BHF,
interact with others or comment on ODDO BHF’s social media
posts, products or services.

These guidelines are not intended to limit any employee rights,

including privacy or the right to communicate about wages,
hours or terms and conditions of employment. Rather they
should serve to remove any confusion about legal issues and
provide you with relevant information on online behaviour. Edu-
cating and training colleagues helps us to not only protect but
also to improve our organization’s reputation. If you have any
questions about these guidelines, please feel free to contact
the Group Marketing Team.

ODDO BHF ambassadors on social media

As ODDO BHF employees, we play a central role in building brand

reputation on social media. We are all first-class ambassadors
of the Group!

When we associate with ODDO BHF on social media, any state-

ments, images or material may be perceived as being posted
on behalf of the organization. Therefore, it is important that we
keep the following recommendations in mind in order to collect
ively protect ourselves and promote the Group’s reputation.

not hesitate to share it with your network.
• Only designated employees are authorized to establish social media profiles or
accounts on behalf of ODDO BHF, speak on behalf of ODDO BHF on social media or
