The Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) in partnership with Philsilat Sports

Association, Inc. will be staging the 6th Women’s Martial Arts Festival – Pencak Silat
Tournament under the Gender and Development (GAD) Plans and Programs of PSC on
May 28 -31, 2019 at Harrison Plaza, Adriatico St., Malate, Manila.

In view of the above celebration of Women in Martial Arts, may I formally invite your
LGU/Organization/School/Club to participate in the above mentioned event.
