Dear Ms. Monaliza Yrezabal:

I, Anjilo Bensig Sadili, owner of ABS Cross Training Fitness Gym, will be organizing
an Inter Gym Boxing/Muay Thai Competition on the 9th of September 2018,
Sunday at 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon. Our participants will be from different
fitness gyms in the cities of Cebu, Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue and the province of
Cebu. The crowd is estimated to be around 300 persons including coaches,
fighters, audiences and staff. I would like to highlight that this event is a non-
profitable one. The objectives of this event are rhe following:

1) to promote fitness, discipline, friendship, fair play, respect, self-esteem and self
confidence;

2) to increase quality of life by providing a constructive alternative to anti social

behavior such as drugs and alcohol abuse for the local youth; and

3) to provide role models and social inclusion from interaction with our coaching
staff and other young boxers/fighters irrespective of socio-economic status in an
environment of mutual respect and understanding.

In this regard, I would like to ask permission from your good office to please allow
us to use your open courtyard as the venue for the said event and equipment
which are necessary such as lights, sound system, microphones, and some tables
& chairs.

Please let me know the charges and all the terms and conditions as per your office
policy for further processing.
