Team Morey is ready to take on the 2020 's,
are you ready to take them on with us?

This is going to be a very special year at Morey

Courts. We have grown so much that we

needed to bring on another Fitness Director.

We are now partnered with Michigan Mystics,

a basketball program that has bared hundreds

of college recruitments. And we are working to

bring back some of our day one programs like

Kids Rec Child Care.

Events to Look For...
Michigan Mystics Tournament
This month, Morey Courts is excited to host the first of

many Michigan Mystics basketball tournaments in 2020.

This event will take place on Saturday, Jan. 18 and

Sunday,

Michigan Mystics has more than 20 teams, 200 players

and 15 coaches. The Mystics aim to create strong

basketball players who will continue to a collegiate

level.

Due to the high levels of foot traffic we will be closing

the walking track on both Saturday and Sunday. You

are certainly welcome to pay one dollar to use our

cardio equipment however!

Michigan Triple Threat Tournament

This month, Morey Courts is also hosting the Michigan Triple Threat's Winter

Classic Tournament. This event will take place on Saturday, Jan. 25 and Sunday,

Jan. 26, 2020. The walking track will also be closed on both Saturday and

Sunday this weekend.

This tournament is intended for both travel and school

teams with a 3 game guarantee. The tournament is

open to boys and girls grade 3-8. Registration is

open through Triple Threat website.

Jared likes working at Morey Courts because its a

great place to go and be around people. Jared enjoys

playing board games, video games and going

to the movies.

The team members at Morey are so fortunate to have

you as a leader, Jared. You create such a positive work

environment and are so supportive of everyone. Thank

Tory Childs
Facility Supervisor/Fitness Attendent

Tory is from Shepherd and studied exercise science

at CMU. Tory enjoys snowboarding, strength training and cooking.

Tory enjoys Morey courts because of its inclusive and friendly

atmosphere. Tory values the multitude of programs and events that

make Morey an essential part of the community.

Tory is a utility player who is always willing to help the team. Morey is

thankful for his hard work and dedication.  Thank you, Tory!
