be det ermined af t er t he conduct of Professional/Screening T est /Examinat ion. On det ailed scrut iny of t he
applicat ions as well as document s if t hey are f ound ineligible, t heir candidat ure will be cancelled irrespect ive of
t he f act whet her t hey have appeared in t he examinat ion/t est or even qualified t herein. On reject ion of t he
applicant s’ candidat ures on t he basis of t heir ineligibilit y t he applicant would be inf ormed by t he Commission
defining t he reasons of t heir ineligibilit y. However if t hey feel aggrieved of reject ion of t heir applicat ions, t hey
may file t he appeal wit hin seven days f rom t he dat e of issuance of REJECT ION LET T ER wit h t he document ar y
evidence against reject ion of t heir candidat ure. T heir appeal should be suppor t ed wit h t he original t reasur y
receipt of Rs. 250/= as appeal fee in t he head of account “C02101 organ of st at e appeal fee Sindh Public ser vice

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES FOR STRICT COMPLIANCE
1. Please bring black ball point pen & writ ing pad for at t empt ing OMR Answer Sheet /Descript ive answer Book
provided by t he invigilator.
2. You are advised to arrive at t he Examinat ion / Test Cent re at least 30 minut es before t he st art t ime to
enable you to locat e your hall and seat .
3. T he gat es of t he cent re shall be closed 10 minut es before t he st art t ime. You will not be admit t ed to t he
Examinat ion Hall aft er t he commencement of t he paper.
4. Bring your own writ ing /drawing inst rument s. No book, paper, lit erat ure is allowed in t he examinat ion hall.
5. Smoking, discussion, consult at ion among candidat es is not allowed.
6. Writ e your Name, Roll Number and Paper Type in t he OMR Answer Sheet provided.
7. Any init ials, not at ions, symbols, religious verses et c writ t en on t he answer sheet may lead to reject ion of
paper.
8. Follow t he verbal inst ruct ions of t he invigilator for st art ing / stopping of t he t est .
9. You are not allowed to leave t he Hall t ill t he end of t he paper.
10. Mobile phones, scient ific calculators, laptops et c are not allowed in t he Examinat ion Hall, t he same would be
confiscat ed, if brought in t he Exam Hall despit e our inst ruct ions.
11. No Request for change of Cent re will be ent ert ained
12. Any breach of t he general inst ruct ions may result in your disqualificat ion and debarment from t his or
subsequent examinat ions.
 
 
THE FOLLOWING STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOPS) HAVE BEEN
DRAWN KEEPING IN VIEW GOVERNMENT OF SINDH DIRECTIVES AND SHALL BE
STRICTLY ADHERED TO.
 

I.BEFORE ENTRY TO EXAMINATION CENTRE.


 

 
 

1.                                  Wearing masks, gloves and hand sanitizing will be mandatory for candidates,
invigilators, supporting staff and cleaning staff.
 

II.AFTER ENTRY TO EXAMINATION HALL


 

a.                  Candidates must enter halls in queues while maintaining social distance of atleast 4 feet.
 

b.                  Proper marking on floor to be made for guidance of candidates.


 
 

c.                  No mix-up of candidates will be allowed. The candidates will take seats directly.
 

d.                 During scrutiny and identification process, invigilating staff will ask candidates to lower
mask for identification.
 
 

III.EXIT- AT THE END OF EXAMINATION.


 
a.                   Answer Copies will be collected from the seats. No candidate will be allowed to leave
till all the copies are collected.
 

b.                                  Candidates will be allowed to leave examination hall row-wise while maintaining
distance (No mix-up of candidates will be allowed for deposit of copies).
 

c.                   Candidates will be expected to bring their own water bottles in view of COVID-19.
