reach of a common man in our country due to high cost. In such a situation cyber cafes
or multipurpose computer centres have recognized the need for the need of
connectivity. In general low startup cost, quick returns is the big attraction of the
project. Computers have become a way of life for today high society. Many
aspects of modern life that we have come to accept as common place would not be
possible if there were no computers. Today computers are use extensively in many
areas of business, industry, science, education etc. the major advantages of computer is
its speed that makes it able to give some useful information very easily and quickly.
This speed also opens new approaches to problem solving and data processing. Though
the computers do only what is instructed at every instant, these instructions are taken
into account and accurate information’s are produced. Computer can hold data and
instruction in an electronic representation in internal memory and this data can be retrieved at
any time.
The Project Entitled Setting up of Cybercafé is to set up a Cybercafé at Seppa. A
cybercafé is a type of business where computers are provided for accessing the internet,
playing games, chatting with friends or doing other computer-related tasks. In most
cases, access to the computer and internet is charged based on time. There are many
internet cafes located around Arunachal Pradesh, and in some places they are
considered the primary form of internet access for people.

The Proposed venture is the outcome of the foresighted efforts initiated by an able
patronization of upcoming first-generation businessperson Mr Tama Gongo of KJJ
Enterprises. He is well experienced in Car Wash business and marketing of products.
He can manage the whole unit successfully using his good social contacts and great
managing power.The Promoter believed that establishing car wash business will be
marketed.

Thepromoter intends to startthecentreinfreeholdingplace in 6 Mile, Itanagar District
Papum Pareof Arunachal Pradesh.Thelocation is wellsuited forthe proposed
activityand allinfrastructurefacilities areavailable. The location is situated at the middle
of the Itanagar To Naharlagun Road, which makes the location a prime central of
attraction for people passing by to clean or wash their vehicles.

is the key factor for new required manpower. Cyber café are therefore increasingly
becoming popular day-by-day as new internet users are multiplying proportionately.
