This is the Course Syllabus of these subject.

Read it well so you know the sequence of the lessons be


given for this 2nd Semester.

This section is an assessment tool used to determine your pre-existing subject knowledge prior to topical
material coverage throughout the course. This gives you a preview of what to expect from a new module.
This might be your first exposure to some terms, and concepts, but that is okay! It will provide you
additional idea on what this module is about. For a better flow of understanding the course, answer the
test comfortably and as honestly as possible. GOD BLESS!

Please be reminded to follow the sequence of opening the activities. Please open the first sections for you
to proceed to the next. And always remember that the examinations will have its time and after the said
time and date it will no longer be available. Do not skip an activity for you not to get a failing grade.
Always do your best. It may not be enough at least you have tried and have done your part. Never leave a
blank nor ignore an activity, so you won't regret in the end.

Those who have poor internet connectivity, ask your Course Adviser for your schedules in entering the
campus to use the  School Wifi. But, always follow the health protocols.

 You will be uploading your videos to your respective YouTube


Channels/Accounts. What to do? Follow the steps provided below;

-Open your YouTube Application. (You may use your laptops or Mobile Phones in
uploading your videos)
-click 'create' button, then, click 'upload video'. 
-Click 'Selected File' -upload your video-, Wright a title of your video and short
description.
-Click 'Yes' it is made for kids. Then proceed next,
-No need to have Video Elements and Checks.
-Upon proceeding to the 'Visibility', you will now choose when to publish and who can see
your video, then;
-Click 'Private' button for it is only you and me who can watch the video after being
uploaded.
-The last thing that you will do is to copy the link of your video and then you paste/attached
it to the 'online text submission' of this activity.
Read the content of the lesson carefully. After reading and understanding the content, you may mark
complete the lesson 1 to proceed to activities.

Perform the Physical Fitness Tests I-III accurately and properly.

·        Follow the guidelines as discussed.

·        Wear a comfortable attire.

·        Record your scores on the record form provided below. (Use MSW in recording your
result score) (Submit MSW File for the Accomplished Form. (File name: surname_PFT1)

·        Conduct 5-10 min. warm up before doing the activity.

·        Have your video recording. (Use the format in uploading to your YouTube
Accounts/Channels)

·        Copy the link and attached it through online text.

Title of the Article

Summary/Synopsis
What are you reacting to?

Goal- Show that you understand the opinion, main ideas, and supporting ideas in the
documentary piece you are writing.

Identify all of the necessary information about the piece, including:

• The title of the piece.

• The topic or subject of the piece. In other words, tell what the piece is about in a word or a
phrase.

ANALYSIS/EVALUATION- What the strengths and weaknesses of the piece?

Answer the "w" questions, like why, why not, what, what for, where, why there, who, how,
when. Specific questions you might take up include:

- Was the piece convincing? Why or why not, precisely? Is it well-researched? Why or why not?

- Did the article overlook or leave out something important? What? - Did the article
overemphasize anything? What?

- Is the piece one-sided, or does the piece present a balanced view?

REACTION

Goal: Share your impressions and your own experiences with the readers

How do you react to the article on a personal level? How does the piece relate to your
experience? Here are some questions you might consider answering:

1. Did the article hold your interest? Why or why not?

2. Did the article bother or annoy you? Why or why not?

3. What did you realize as a result of reading the article? Contextualize the reading to you.
"This reading helped me to learn/understand/realize that …"

4. What did this reading challenge you to change?

5. What sentence inspired you the most and why? "The sentence that inspired me the most in
this reading is "…." (P. xxx) this reading challenged me to)

6. What part of the article did you agree or disagree with? (I agree/disagree … In my

Reminders

The insight paper should identify the key points highlighted in the article and then focus on
your perspective.

You should locate experiences or insights that shaped your view.
