"Gen Z is feeling even greatest pressure to conform with

more and more societal norms. One of the reasons

comes from information chaos and social comparision"

Well, this is a pretty good idea. In my opinion, I do not deny this but social norms are not yet the
greatest pressure on Gen Z. Quay mặt

Show hình ảnh You know, gen z is a young generation full of personality, creativity, and
ambition. However, they are also the group with much more sensitive emotions than previous
generations, so the problems are a chaos of information as well as social comparisons that have
been a burden for gen z.

Firstly, we realize that information chaos derives from social media because it influences
generation z a lot, probably from the moment they were born. With the social network culture,
even in Vietnam, I am not confident enough to say it is civilized because the information is
always not managed effectively and this may lead to misunderstanding, political correctness,
moral indecency, and more among youngsters. They lack of experience in dealing with mixed,
unauthorized information so they are likely to lose faith in society and its well-being.

Quay mặt How's about social comparisons? It is likely a thousand years old story of Asian
children:>Not yet! This is the true story of my 16-year-old sister who told me about her haircut.
She cut her hair like a tomboy style, but she got a lot of negative comments like why did you cut
your hair like that: "why didn't you cut your hair like friend A, especially these words came from
relatives like is a double kill in my soul, she said. Gen Z is imposed on social standards such as
appearance, personality, study, work, etc not only people but also themselves. They are fet up
with this comparisons.

For the above 2 reasons, I think it is more correct to talk about Millennials gen who is the first
group of people to grow up in the internet environment.

Moreover, there is more progress nowadays than before, so a social comparison is not a big
problem but it is the acceptance of gen Z. The awareness of gen z is raised and they have their
own viewpoints about information with many different aspects. They respect them. Anyway,
back to the topic, the standards are set by humans, Gen Z is the next generation that has a lot of
trusts, so they will be the next generation to hold up, conform with these standards and even
break them, set new norms. With strong points such as dynamism, creativity, and flexibility, gen
z can transform those pressures into motivation.

In short, for sure there is the pressure but not the greatest, which will not only stem from society
but also themshelf. However, I believe that Gen Z will do a good job.
