I am Aweke Engdawork from Ethiopia. I am sending my manuscript titled as

“LUNGWORMS OF SHEEP AND CATTLE SLAUGHTERED AT DEBRE BIRHAN
MUNICIPAL ABATTOIR AND PRIVATE HOTELS IN CENTRAL ETHIOPIA”, with
Tracking ID: 14196, for consideration and publication on your journal “Global Scientific
Journal”.

I have told you that I am from Ethiopia, a country with poor living condition. Even it is a
great challenge to attain the survival of the living condition with accomplishing basic
necessities. Ethiopia is a country with the most worst foreign currency exchange. I cannot pay
any fee for the publication due to my financial incapability and my country’s living condition.
Therefore, as expressed in the subject above, I am here to appeal for your publication fee
waiver. I am very sorry for that, but it is the reality behind my life.

The need of this application letter is to aware you my deepest interest for your journal to
publish my research paper. Therefore, Dear Sir/Madams please consider and understand the
real problems behind me and give me your hands by completely avoiding the publication fee.

I feel sure, and trust your collaboration and considerations in complete waiver of the
publication fee and going up in processing my paper for publication. I would like to thank you
a lot for your valuable support.
