Ms.Belenzada shares experience, procedure, methods and recommendations. She communicates in ways

that encourage a junior mentors. Ms.Belenzada gave a lot of examples of similar SMEs

●What are your key findings in the OJT?

I exchanged information with Ms.Belenzada, she shared her best practices on improvement of quality of mentoring
program. She gave me so much input that will help me in further improvement of my mentoring services.OJT was very
useful and it will help me to use Standarized Mentoring Service better.

●Any other comments/suggestions regarding the OJT
