SWOT ANALYSIS ABOUT THE

TRIXIE MAY CAFÉ HOUSE

Aims to make both the customer and the employee feel welcome. Our

mission is to deliver high-quality products and services to the coffee-

drinking community in a sincere and friendly manner.

In DAET CAMARINES NORTE, drinking coffee every day is a way of

life. This is why I intend to create a coffee shop in this improving city and

quaint town, where people care about each other as much as they care

about their coffee. Cold drip, French press, pour-over, and syphon are the

methods I want to use to offer freshly brewed coffee. Coffee, coffee beans,

coffee cups, gift cards, baked goods, and coffee making equipment such

as filters, as well as Filipino snacks, will be among the items I will be

selling.

The TRIXIE MAY COFFEE HOUSE will serve coffee, food,


entertainment, and a friendly setting to locals and visitors who want to

sample our community's proudly constructed initiatives.

Strengths - We can offer fresh ingredients that are rarely available to

other cafes and can be offered to a large number of customers because

we have a better relationship with the coffee farms.

Weakness - Our cafe, which sells products for newlyweds, isn't well-

known because we're just getting started in the marketplace.

Opportunities - As a new cafe, many customers are trying to figure out

what we can give them in terms of satisfying their desire and the quality

of our services.

Threats - Many businesses are popping up in Daet, Camarines Norte,

taking advantage of their well-known or trademark products and


services, which attract a large number of customers with whom we

cannot compete.
