What is Public Administration? First, let's define the word "Public" and "Administration".

The term
"Public" means a its mainly focused is on government activities and actions, while "Administration" is
derived from the Latin word "administer" which means to provide, to direct, to administer authority, to
care for, or look after its people. The term "administration" means management of public or private
affairs.

Public Administration is a form /structure or an estate wherein the selected/elected individuals are
responsible to serve the community for common good. How to be effective and efficient, in the
implementation of government policies and procedures in a systematic organization. Wherein, the
planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling of the government operation is in the
transparent form. They are all educated, knowledgeable, and trained at all forms of government
organization. Functions are to be performed as a public servant, administrator, who is in-charge in
overseeing all public agencies that administer the laws and regulations. Facilitating all infrastructure
development, and enforcement of the public policy.

What is the difference between general public administration and governance? Governance refers to
the act of governing or ruling over the authority of the state or the state, while public administration
refers to the act of implementing the results of the governance ensuring that a piece force of enforcers
can do the desire of governance.

Public Administration is a cooperative group effort in a public setting, also included in the three
branches of government which are the Executive, Legislative, and the Judicial Department. But in
different significant ways of administration. The Executive branch, controlled by the president, who's in
charge of implementing and administering the laws written by Congress and appointing the department
heads of the public agencies, as well as the Cabinet. Which also serves as the Commander in Chief of the
State. The Vise President also include in this branch. The Legislative branch enacts the legislation that
has the authority to declare war and approve or rejects the Presidential appointments which include the
congress. The Senate shall be composed of twenty- four (24) Senators, and Three hundred four (304)
seats in the house of representatives. They are in charge of balancing power, representing
constituencies, and law-making, in this branch of government, the top official is the Senate President
and the Speaker of the House of Representatives. The Judicial branch is composed of a Supreme Court
and Lower Courts. The Supreme Court, composed of a Chief Justice and fourteen (14) Associate Justice,
the lower courts, composed of Court of appeal, Sandigan bayan, Court of Tax Appeals, Metropolitan
Trial Courts, Metropolitan Trial Courts in Cities, Municipal Trial Courts, Municipal Circuit Trial Courts. The
main function is to interpret the meaning of laws, apply laws to individual cases, and decides if laws
violate the constitution.

Public Administration also includes in our public health/ social service, they are responsible for
protecting the health of communities. Who is also In -charge of controlling and managing health care
issues that affect communities. Public Administration on Education/higher education, they are the
administrator whose oversee the functions of all public-school levels, colleges and universities. Ensures a
safe and industrious education, environment for the students and faculty at their institution. Public
Administration on Transportation, Responsible to utilize the routes efficiently. Developed and
implement road safety usage, Planning and supervising policies and procedures to ensure safety and
efficiency in all transportation activities. Parks and recreation, Housing and Law enforcement, and public
safety.
Public administration is usually stressed up with such a big number of issues for successful governance
and management. The success of the general public administration is through discipline and practices,
on how it can combine and work out the principles into a political-administrative setting. It deals not
only with the procedure that they need but also with the numerous matters of the administrations like
the budgeting, public health, education, welfare, law and orders, agriculture, and others more that have
their techniques. First and foremost, the public administration's objective is to deliver superb public
service to its people. The administration should be organized and effective when it comes to
productivity.

Public administration needs an administrator. Wherein, being a Public Administrator is a broad field that
covers several aspects needed within the administration services to form and strengthen our society.
Public Administrator roles are to substantiate the laws and regulations, civil rights, budgeting, health,
and mostly safety codes which are strictly enforced to guard the full community that they're serving.
There are lots of responsibilities being a public administrator like communicating to your people
regarding the new policies and also the effectiveness of your program that need to be put in action
together with your other employees, stakeholders, and mostly your people. Managing and evaluating
special programs and new projects for community developments. Collecting and analyzing qualitative
and quantitative data regarding budget reports, surveys, public records, and other more data that ought
to adjust to improvements but should do the research, make a concrete plan and recommendation that
may follow the executive and government law which fall within the given budget further.

A good public administrator must make sure that they're serving the community fairly and unbiased.
Because they're facing as broad because the population that they're serving and other people nowadays
have different quite perception where it's challenging to the administrator. Because the choice of the
administrator transforms the state or the state into an improved and place to measure in.
