I. Executive Summary

Product Description:

Our product, the Dirt Repellent is a key product to have in your household. Not

only is it the perfect cleaning solution, but it can keep your shoes, boots, and even CAM

walkers clean. Our product is an all natural formula which does not include any

unhealthy chemicals that can be potentially harmful to your body: White vinegar, natural

salt, baking soda, borax, lemons, and hydrogen peroxide. We made this formula

through many years of experimentation, this will repel any dirt. Our sole objective is to

keep any dirt outside of your household, some people may say that competitors like

Windex and Clorox may do the same things, but can you spray any of those on your

shoes without damaging your shoes? If any of these comes in contact with your eyes

then you need to medical attention. If you wanted to, you could drink our formula! This is

not recommended though.

Target Market:

Our target market is really anyone that live in a home. It can be used by anyone

that is old enough to use cleaning products. We recommend it for ages 13-75. Targeting

people that live in a home in a suburban area will result in a great amount of sales.

Preferably we will sell this product in the USA for now. We are looking for people that

work in the outdoors, people who are interested in outdoor activities, and people that

like to live in a clean and organized house. We, The Dirt Dealers want to target people

that want to live like a “Green” person, in other words people will like our product

because it is an all-natural solution.

Conclusion:

Overall, we, The Dirt Dealers want to introduce this product to anyone that wants

to make their household a cleaner one naturally. This is the most ideal product because

it can double as a house cleaner. Not only is it for people that do outdoor activities but it

also works for people that like their home spotless. Our product is also more cost

effective than our competitors, nearly half the price in fact. The company itself has been

around for more than a century and we have optimized and perfected our influences. A

perk of being around awhile is we have also gained a following on all media platforms.

Overall we’re growing fast and intend to keep it that way. Our goal as The Dirt Dealers

is to educate people on why natural cleaners is the best way to clean your house and to

keep dirt out of your home.

II. Problems

Overview:

The Dirt Repellent can solve many problems. We have 2 problems in particular that we

can solve in our minds. To give a little bit of back story, the Dirt Repellent is a spray in

which you can spray onto anything and it will clean and repel dirt from anything.

Problem 1:

The bottom of the CAM walkers can get very dirty. CAM walkers are foot braces

for when you have an injury, according to Alimed.com. You don’t want to walk around

with your dirty boot inside of your house. This will make life so much easier.

Problem 2:

The second problem we are going to overcome is when guests walk into your house

with dirty shoes. This can lead to an unsanitary house hold, which could lead to the

people dwelling in there to contract diseases. No one wants a dirty household especially

when you are expecting guests over. The best feeling in the world is coming home after

a long and stressful day of work, is to come home to a nice and clean house, the last

thing you want is to get into your house and there is dirt on the floor.

Our primary target market can really be anyone that has a place to live. It can be

used by people that are old enough to use cleaning supplies. You can use this product if

you are 13 years old or even 75 years old. You can be any gender to use this product.

We are targeting our product to go out to people that live in a suburban area in a house

or apartment. Preferably we will sell this product in the USA for now. We are looking for

people that work in the outdoors, people who are interested in outdoor activities, and

people that like to live in a clean and organized house. We, The Dirt Dealers want to

target people that want to live like a “Green” person, in other words people will like our

product because it is an all-natural solution.

IV. Unique Value Propositions

Our product is special, there is no way around it. Not only does it conquer dirt, it also

doubles as a house cleaner. Products that are similar to it are nearly double the price,

and of lesser quality. It’s a no brainer to pick our products over our competitors. We also

have a 30 day money back guaranteed program. We boast a 5 star rating across all

social media platforms, as well as more social media presence than any other cleaning

product! Our product is eco-friendly and contains no chemicals. As well as being made

from only natural and healthy ingredients. Our company’s experience is unlike any

other. We have been in the green cleaning business for over a century, longer than any

of our competitors, making our company more knowledgeable and durable. Ultimately

were a humble company and we are extremely fortunate to have an amazing product.

V. Solutions

Solution 1:The first problem our product will be solving is keeping CAM walkers clean.

The bottom of the Cam walkers can get very dirty. You don’t want to walk around with

your dirty boot inside of your house. Whenever you go out of the house, you can spray

some dirt repellent when you leave, this will add a protective coat on the bottom of your

shoes. This will make your life so much easier as there will be one less problem in your

life.

Solution 2: The second problem we are going to overcome is when guests walk into

your house with dirty shoes. With the dirt repellent, you won’t have to worry about

having a dirty house with dirt all over the floor. Now your house will be cleaner and that

is one less stress that will be in your life. One of the best feelings in the world is coming

home to a clean house.

VI. Conclusion

Our product is a natural cleaner. Its primary function is to remove dirt and any other

earthy nuisances. Our target market is people who enjoy the outdoors, in particular

hiking and other outdoor activities that involve walking in muddy conditions. However

our target market isn’t this narrow, the product can also double as a house cleaner. For

those of us that like our houses crystal clean this product will suit you. Our product is

also more cost effective than our competitors, nearly half the price in fact. The company
