1.In today’s environment, which is more

important to organizations- efficiency or effectiveness?  Explain your answer.

The efficiency of any organization is interrelated with its effectivity. While being efficient entails the utmost
capability and performance of any network or organization,the effectiveness,on the other hand refers to how
SUCCESSFUL efficient organizations carry out their plans.

Any educational manager would always want their target goals to materialize. It is possible through effective
resources and management.

Given the situation today brought about by the pandemic,effective management in the educational system has
provided sustainable and alternative learning modalities so as to deliver quality education despite the pandemic.

So for me,effectiveness is more important since any organization could be efficient but not all can be effective in
carrying out or implementing their objecives.

2.      Management is both an art

and science.  Explain

If we contextualize management per se,it requires structured planning and execution of schemes,which
therefore falls under science. Management not only is SCIENCE but also an ART. Any artist devotes time,passion
and love for his/her masterpiece. A manager,of any kind,always fulfills his/her duties while following the
systematic approach to management but without compromising the human relationship because a good
manager goes beyond what is on the TEXT for the good and benefit of the TEAM.

3.      A manager’s job is

contingent.  Discuss

A MANAGER is much more than a title. He/she does not RULE but ADMINSTERS. When you administer,you cater
the needs of the people under your jurisdiction. You depend on what is good for them and what is most
beneficial.
