Doctors Order: Patient was admitted at 7am

1. Start Piperacillin (tazobactam) 4.5mg IV q12 hrs ANST

2. Start Salbutamol 1 neb + 2cc NSS q4 alternate with Duavent Nebulization 1 nebule
3. Start PNSS 500ml to run for 50cc/hr
4. Start ceftriaxone 750mg IV q8 (IV Drip in 50cc NSS) ANST
5. Paracetamol 300mg IV q4 RTC
6. Buscopan 10mg PO OD for abdominal pain

2nd day

1. IVF to follow D5LR 1liter to run to 80cc/hr alternate with D5IMB 500cc to run for 30cc/hr

3rd day

1. Incorporate 30meqs of KCL to present IVF to run for 5cc/hr very slow IV
