Dear Mr. Abhishek,

you the position of “SO” in our Personal Care Division of KPH Cosmos Pvt. Ltd. You will be based at Roorkee HQ &
reporting to ASM Saharanpur.

Your CTC is as mutually agreed during the time of interview. (Probation period of 6 Months will be considered from
date of appointment)

You are hereby instructed to join on or before 16th March 2020. If the above is acceptable to you, you are requested
to sign and immediately return to us the enclosed duplicate copy of this offer letter in agreement of your
acceptance of the above terms and conditions. In case the above is not acceptable to you, we request you to
immediately return both copies of this offer letter in original to us along with your regret letter.
This ‘Offer Letter’ will become null and void and considered withdrawn in the event of not joining duty
with us as above.
