What is your stand in relation to those companies who are highly automated rather than

managed by men?
Do you agree that time will come wherein therein organization will no longer be run my
human resources?
Today many experts claim that machines and technology are replacing human resource and
minimizing their role or effort. However, machines and technology
are built by the humans only and they need to be operated or at least monitored by humans
and this is the reason why companies are always in hunt for talented, skilled and qualified
professionals for continuous development of the organization.
Therefore, humans are crucial assets for any organization, although today many tasks have
been handing over to the artificial intelligence but they lack judgement skills which cannot be
matched with human mind.

Do you agree that HR departments may have different policies depending on the size of the
organization involved?

One of the most common differences between small and big organizations is the availability of
resources. Naturally, small businesses tend to have limited resources and a restrictive budget,
owing to their modest earnings.

As a result, the HR systems for small business can’t afford to do much when it comes to
employee training, team building, and a long–term work policy development. This means HR
professional in small companies have to get creative when fulfilling their responsibilities.

Recently, however, small and medium companies have turned to more affordable solutions,
such as pre-employment assessment platforms to substantially automate their recruitment
process.

Large organizations, however, have a tried and tested recruitment process in place. It often
involves multiple rounds of interviews, assessment tests, and background and reference checks.
You can also afford to outsource the recruitment process partially or completely.

A large organization has a more formal and well-established organizational hierarchy.

Why is the passage of The 1964 Civil Rights Act, as well as other legal regulations, made the
process of hiring and promoting employees more complex, creating a need for HR specialist?
It is due to the passage of this Act and other legal regulations that duly recognizes the rights
and welfare of both the employee and the employer, their failure to comply with this legal
provisions will make them liable. Thus, organizations hire HR specialist who have a good
understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation.
