Read the task 2 question below and do the exercises which follow.

Exercise 1. Read the description of someone describing a possible plan for


the task. Decide whether the writer is planning:

I’m going to write an introduction saying that it is a negative


development. My second paragraph will discuss the positive aspect(s) of
the sciences and business studies. Then, I’m going to contrast this with
two paragraphs showing the negative side of studying the arts, followed
by a conclusion.
