Tomas’s blog:
My best friends are Charlie and Harry. We’re all good at different
things. Charlie is really good at sport – if he decides to entre a
competition, he usually wins. Harry is clever. He’s good at doing
presentations. And he loves speaking foreign languages – he even
likes taking exams! I’m not sporty or clever, but I enjoy performing
on stage. I always audition for a part in the school show. This year,
I’m singing a solo!
So, here’s our challenge! We have agreed to try a new activity each.
7 Do a presentation
8 Take an exam

10. How do we communicate?
Nancy’s blog:
Do you bite your nails when you’re nervous? Or clap your hands when
you’re excited? Perhaps you scratch your head when you’re
confused? You can tell how a person is feeling by looking at their
body language.
Today in our art class, we learned how to draw body language. For
example, a confident person stands up straight, with their shoulders
back. If a person is proud, draw a small smile and lift the chin up! A
disappointed person looks down, and has a small mouth. Someone who
is bored might rest chin in their hand.
Faces are fun, too! A curios face has eyes looking up and to the side.
A face with low eyebrows and pink cheeks may look embarrassed. To
draw a jealous face, draw small eyes looking to one side, with the
eyebrows low. Try it! Cartoons are fun!

Eve, there was a fireworks display. It was really noisy and colorful.
Then the circus came to town! I went with my family. The
performers wore beautiful costumes, and they did some really
daring stunts. Last Tuesday, Mum and I went to London to see a
space exhibition at the science Museum. I loved it!

we want to tell someone else what the first person said.
