- In my point of view, the statements are gender fair and gender-
sensitive because TUP Visayas focuses on accountability of individual
performance. This means that TUP VISAYAS doesn’t biased towards
students just because of their gender or sexual orientation. They
focusmore on individual performance of students in different aspects.
Also, in the Vision, Mission, Quality Policy and Core Values of TUP
Visayas, they never mention any gender pronouns, for that reason, it is
gender fair and gender-sensitive.

- In my own opinion, I will not amend, edit or revise any of the three
aforementioned statements. All statements are gender-fair and I
don't see any problem at all.

-Elma Muros-Posadas also known as the "Long Jump Queen" of
the Philippines and a heptathlon champion, is a former member of the
Philippine Track and Field National Team and now a legend in
Philippine track and field history who specialized in long jump. From
my perspective, I am agree with the designated gender marker of her.
She is definitely an athletic person because of the
medals that she got in the olympics and SEA games. Everyone of us
can be Elma Muros, if you have the hardwork, determination and
passion to your work. Just Utilize your talents and skills and believing
yourself, you can be Elma Muros. Gender marker is not the reason for
everyone for not believing yourself and achieving your passions,
dreams and goals.
