The first April after completion of one year of employment, based on the performance
evaluation and achievement, a salary increase with the maximum limit of 3,000 yen shall
be made.
However, there is a case that the pay shall not be raised depending on the performance

The facility does not pay treatment improvement allowance for the care workers, but
conducts a regular salary increase.

※ After registering as a certified care worker, qualification allowance 5,000 yen will be
provided

◆Introduction of the Facility


- One personal computer and the internet connection are provided per an accommodation (shared
room) to support their study.

- Lending a corporate contracted mobile phone if requested (candidates will pay the usage fee).

- If the "Care worker induction training", a Japanese caregiving license, is held within the
Facility, the candidates can take it for free of charge. In this case, half of the attending
days are treated as working days, and the other half are treated as paid leave.

- There are approximately in total 120 EPA certified care workers, EPA candidates,
international students, and specific technical intern trainees working within the corporation.
The candidates are from Indonesia, Philippines, and Vietnam. The corporation provides an
environment which allows EPA candidates to easily consult.

- The corporation has accepted the EPA candidates since 2009, therefore, Japanese staff members
understand the EPA candidates very well and they also provide the comfortable environment 9to/ 10
work with.
- There are approximately in total 120 EPA certified care workers, EPA candidates,
international students, and specific technical intern trainees working within the corporation.
The candidates are from Indonesia, Philippines, and Vietnam. The corporation provides an
