- Affordable but still a bit pricey-er than the competition
- Meal combos are offered
- Pasta Options are offered
- They offer spring chicken for people who are not inclined to eat Italian food
- Customers wait in line, Cashiers take their orders, Customers Pay and Bring their food to
their table
o Less overhead since fewer staff is needed to serve customers
Improvement Suggestions
- Sauces must be adjusted to cater to the “Masses’” tastebuds
- Smaller Servings to lower pricing by a bit
- Remove bread in pasta serving to lower prices
