Individuals should register. The individual will be given a QR code. Upon entry to
the establishment, the temperature will be checked. Afterwards, the QR code will be
presented to the device. Dito na magkakaroon ng logs na makikita doon sa
information logs.

MERCHANT
The dashboard should be the number of people who entered the establishment. Graph.

For ADMIN
Information logs - There should be a fillable search form. Needed details are First
Name, Last Name and Middle Name. After clicking search, all details should
autopopulate and should list all the information logs (saan nag log, temperature,
date and time.) The Generated Report should be printable and/or exportable to
excel. Yung current kc na nakadeploy is a generic search button.

Inforation Logs - If there is a temperature log that exceeds 37.5 or a specific

threshold, the admin should be notified immediately regarding the details of the
individual. Also, There should be a Trace Contact Button. Yung essence ng trace
contact, dapat ma filter yung mga names na pumasok sa establishment for that
specific date. The Generated Report should be printable and/or exportable to excel.

Verify Self Report - should be able to print a form including the details of the
individual.
