DANIEL
DANIEL TAMMET
TAMMET 2 3

I consider that Daniel has good abilities that would change my life. For
example, I would like to have the ability to be able to read several books, as well as
to be able to speak 7 languages. I would have the ability to communicate with
different people in the world since I like to travel a lot. Also I would like to travel
I would like
around the world and I would like to talk and understand the culture and people
for each country. I could also have many things to tell, improve my vocabulary and
to play with
conversation by being able to read a lot. However, I have the capacity to read so
fast and understand the autor quickly.  In the same way, having these skills I could
numbers in
give different talks related to my career or any topic of interest. In conclusion,
these skills would not only be useful for me, but for anyone who might have them as
a way that
they are necessary for any job or activity.

ALONZO
The man who, despite having a developmental disability, achieved fame
because of his ability to sculpture. He was born in Denver, in 1958, at the age
of three years he had an accident which left him barely able to speak and had
no ability to read, write, drive a car or even tie his shoes and for this reason,
they knew he would need help for the rest of his life. This is because he was left
with the mindset of a 6 year old. For this reason, his mother assimilated what
would happen and dedicated herself to the care of Alonzo. In this way, he was
persistent around his mother and thus acquired a surprising amount of self-
reliance, while his social skills allowed him to participate in special
weightlifting events. On the other hand, he liked animals and different objects
so he molded them with clay and that is how they discovered the talent in
Alonzo and began a transformation in his life. Well, little by little he was able
to improve his technique, becoming an artist. This is how he managed to break
all the barriers of those who thought that he could not achieve anything. Many
people believe that if he hadn't had this accident, he would have been a genius.
GREGORY
Gregory Blackstock, the man who went from being a schizophrenic to
a famous artist. Gregory was born in 1946 in the city of Seattle, at a time
when the word autistic was just emerging into the world of science. This is
how his life was transformed in a more radical way, because between the
ages of 10 and 15 he was sent to an asylum for having paranoid
schizophrenia. After leaving this place, he was in a vocational school and
later spent most of his youth working hard. It should be noted that just when
he was young, almost an adult, he could be classified as an autistic person.
While he was growing up, at the age of 21 he was working in a hotel as a
concierge and that is where he was fascinated by the different tools, which is
why he made his first drawing called "the tools". This is how his passion for
drawing began, having as support his mother, who was an artist, which was a
benefit for him. On the other hand, Gregory tried to draw what he called his
world, things that he liked and remembered. In the same way, he never
moved away from music, since he no longer only played instruments, but also
drew the scores that were needed.

Imagine you are one of Frank McCourt’s former students. You have just graduated from
college. Write a letter to Frank McCourt. Explain how he helped and inspired you to
overcome an obstacle.
How did you change my life with your inspiring story? As we know your life
was difficult since you were a child, you suffered a lot of obstacles. Even so, you never
gave up and nowadays you are considered an example to follow. I think that if you
have your own goals and you focus on them everyday, you would be able to achieve
them. If I finish college now, it was because I was following all the advice that you gave
me.I believe that your life was not only a great example for your students, but for all
people how cut to meet you and today they are graduating. In conclusion, you can
always exceed your expectations if you try your best as you did. In some moments you
think that your life it’s miserable, but you have to fight to get what you set out to do.

STEPHEN HAWKING
Steven Hawking, the man who despite everything, became one of the most
intelligent in the world. He was born on January 8 of 1942 in Reino Unido. He grew up
in a science environment as his parents were doctors. and had high expectations for
their son. For this reason he studied theoretical physicist which  is a laborious career.
At the age of 19 he was diagnosed with a disability, which would make  him never walk
or move again. This was not an obstacle for him, as he developed famous theories in
that state. As a result, he turned with these theories into one of the most intelligent in
the world, because in them, he explains different things.  Anyone would have given up,
but he persevered and fought to be the best.
