2. Discussing new concept

and practicing new skill  What is Decimal places?
#1 - the position of a digit to the right of a decimal point; a specific
number of digits to the right of the decimal point in a line of numbers.
Example: in the number 36.9 the point separates the 36 (the whole
number part) from the 9 (the fractional part, which really means 9
tenths).
So 36.9 is 36 and nine tenths.

 What is Dividing Decimal?

- Dividing Decimals is similar to dividing whole numbers,
except for the way we handle the decimal point. When we divide
decimals, we change the divisor to a whole number by moving the
decimal point all the way to the right. Then, we move the decimal
point of the dividend up to the same number of places to the right and
divide the resultant numbers in the normal way as we do regular
division.
Example;
Tatay Amay bought 20 slices of cake. He wants to share these with 32
people including his family and neighbors. How much cake did each of
his visitors eat?
The problem asks for share of cake each visitor ate. Since there are only
20 slices to be shared by 32 people, we are going to divide to determine
how much each have eaten.
