I am writing to you in order to apply to the Cocoa Purchaser in Ecuador role as I

think that my abilities and experience and motivation will enable me to make a positive
contribution to the team and to the clients of the company.

I gained excellent communication, organization and negotiation skills working as

diplomat in Venezuela for more than twenty years. Throughout this time I regularly
prepared the agenda of high level officials in English and Spanish, including that of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as prepared and follow up technical cooperation
programs in agriculture area (soy), be member of the technical groups that goes to Brazil to
buy commodities like meat and soy; and find new markets for Venezuelans products as
cocoa and rum.

My experience as Sales Executive and as Business Developer enabled me to gain

excellent knowledge of CRM systems and marketing tools. My effectiveness with said tools
led me, in many cases close sales close to 280,000 US dollars. And build a good working
network with main Agroindustrial actors in Ecuador as Pronaca, Ecuakao, Provefrut and
others.

For this role, I think that working as part of a team is essential. Since my University
days until today I honed this particular skill. I helped to build my local softball team, which
was champion one year and participated in 4 finals straight years at the City league,
organized the NOAL Summit in 2016, and help PRONACA facility in Santo Domingo,
Ecuador to solve their poultry wages manage problem in 2018.

The strong reputation of your company plus the service that offers are in many ways
changing the operation of companies around world, making them more effective and
efficient. I would deeply enjoy and relish the opportunity of continuing my professional
