Guidelines for the Term Paper (10)

 The term report will explore the four functions of management of an organization of
your choice i.e. Planning, Organizing, Leading, Controlling

 An organization can be a commercial organization or a non-commercial.

 In case of a large organization like PSO pick one department and analyze the four
functions.

 The report should be at least 8 pages long but should not exceed 10 with single
spaced 12 sized fonts. (Excluding the material in the appendix like questionnaires
etc.)

 The business cards of people visited long with transcribed interviews should be
attached in the appendix

 In order to develop a solid questionnaire, you are required to read at least five
articles on the subject and summarize your understanding.

 Students are encouraged to use their creativity in designing the questionnaire and
the contents of the report. However, the four functions of management of the
organization or the department should be fully explored.

 The report will be made in groups of five. Each member should have written a part
of the report. The contributions of each group member should be attached in the
appendix.

 The parts of the report which are not the original work of the author should be
properly referenced. For example if you are giving a brief history of the company it
should be in your own words and if material from the website is being used the
exact link should be mentioned
