authority under such terms and conditions set forth hereunder:

LOT AREA (more or less)
TCT NOs. : TCT No. 010-2010002310; TCT No. 010-2010002311; TCT No.
010-2010002312; and TCT No. 010-2010002312

TERMS : Cash or as agreed by the buyer and the seller

PRICE : Php300,000.00 per sq. meter or a total price of FOURTEEN
BILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHT MILLION PESOS ONLY
(Php14,808,000,000.00)

PROFESSIONAL : 3% based on the agreed gross selling price (net of tax)

/ COMMISSION
: Sellers shall shoulder the Withholding tax on the sale of the shares
EXPENSES of stock of the Company; and Broker's professional/commission fee;
Buyer shoulders the documentary stamp tax, notarial fees, and other
expenses ( as applicable) to transfer ownership to the new owner.

To facilitate the sale of subject property/shares of stocks of the Corporation, we are

hereby granting you the permission to enter the premises, and have an ocular inspection on
the site of the subject property as long as it is properly coordinated with the undersigned.

Notwithstanding the period of this Authority,

should your buyer,
whom you have
introduced and serviced, bought the property, you are still entitled to the above stated
commission.
