Dear Students and Parents

Greetings from the teachers and the Jesuit Community at St. Xavier’s. We continue to
remember and pray for the well-being of you and your loved ones in our prayers.
Parents, we are ready to begin the new Academic Year 2021-22 from Monday
(19.04.2021). As intimated earlier, we will be using Microsoft Teams as the platform
to take forward the online mode of teaching and learning processes for our children.
A hearty welcome to the children who took admission in Xavier’s. Children who took
admission in Xavier’s for the classes KG and 7 for the academic year 2021-22, kindly
note that we have prepared a list of steps to help you set up the application on the
device you son will be using. Please do so immediately, and make sure you change the
default password. Make note of the changed password and ensure that nobody else
has access to it. The security of your account is, after all, your responsibility.
With any new venture, there is always a possibility of teething problems. If you are
facing any difficulty, please send a mail to the Principal. Also mention your registered
contact number in the mail.
The fee structure for this academic year will be intimated to you shortly.
We are looking forward to a more fruitful experience in the midst of these incongruous
times. Your support and cooperation is much appreciated.

 How to use Microsoft Team in the Computer

➢ Open any Web browser and in the address bar type

https://teams.microsoft.com.

➢ A window will be open like below image.

➢ Click on Get the Windows app.

➢ Then, App will be downloaded in your system.

➢ Install the application in your System.

➢ After that open, the application (Microsoft Team).

➢ Application will be open like below image

➢ Click on “Sign up” button.

➢ Your user ID should be your school REG-NO@sxcsccu.edu.in(as example: if

your registration no is 123/19 then your user name should be 123-

19@sxcsccu.edu.in) and default password is school@1. After first login

system will ask to change your default password. Change it & make a note of

your changed password.

Follow the Red Arrowand Steps Simultaneous for Your Online Class

➢ After Sign in Go to teams (here Teams Means Your Class)

1. Click on teams
2. Click on Blue Line

3. Click on Add to Calendar

➢ Step (1 to 3) Repeat for all yours Teams available in yours account.

So, Like That All Teams you add in Your Calendar

Next Time After Sign in for Class you must Click on Join

Your class will begin, according to your class routine.
